I had my annual pest inspection today, first question was whether I had any pest concerns, I mentioned issues related to bull ants; Matt Glynn promptly sprayed the area of concern and explained the work he was doing around the house. He provided advice on my areas of concern and engaged in conversation about what he was doing where. This is the first experience I have had where I was informed fully of what was occurring in relation to pest control, this was absolutely invaluable to me as a pet owner and someone who has family and friends (with small children) visiting frequently. I cannot fault the professionalism and service provided by Matt and I thank him and his team for their outstanding work. Thank you
