The service was friendly, thoughtful, professional AND complete within the same day. Zero issues and I’m very happy to take the time to write a review and give 5 stars.

I’ve used Flick twice recently and had Matt Glynn as my service man both times. I found Matt to be friendly and informative whilst doing his job This inspired confidence going forward. I would recommend Matt and Flick to anyone.

After signing up for the Peace of Mind plan it became difficult to get in contact with anyone who could assist. None of the treatments/monitoring quoted in the subscription were planned/offered (after 2 months and a number of phone calls by me to enquiry). One call I made, I was put on hold to speak to a specific person and after 10 minutes on hold they hung up on me.
I still have ants and spiders coming in to the house after 3 months of payments.
It's been very disappointing.

Sends an email message "unless we hear from you within 14 days, your warranty will be suspended". So I reply accepting a follow up or whatever it is they are suggesting and I have not heard one thing back from them. Guess they just "hope" customers go away, to void warranties. Typical company of the sort, made their name, taken your money and now will just treat you like dirt. If the warranty is "out" great. I will use a company that actually gives a damn.

Had our house termite inspected and barriered. Matt Glynn from Flick was a legend. Fast, professional and helpful. Pointed out some water damage we failed to notice, as well as a few other handy tips. Highly recommend. Thanks again Matt!

Signed up for the monthly payment system as my sister recommended. Kris was punctual, friendly & knowledgable during his visit. I had asked about several things I was concerned with but Kris was one step ahead & already completed the task. Would definitely recommend & use Kris again.

The inspector (David Cheney) found an issue with one of our pipes in the wall near the kitchen which was coming from the upstairs toilet. Had David not conducted such a thorough inspection, this would have gone unnoticed and indeed had gone unnoticed for the previous 12 months as the house was a new build. The pipe had a cut near the bottom and appeared to be leaking some sort of fluid, possibly fecal matter and there were insects inside the wall. We considered this a health hazard which may have led to pest infestation further down the track.

Unfortunately always when I needed them I didn’t have any help. On Sunday I found a small rat at home and I automatically called them and sent an email. Didn’t have any answer from them by email until now. I called on Monday (13/2) morning and the attendant told me they had a schedule just for March (when my contract will expire and had nothing to do about it) after I complain about the rat and said I could not leave with a rat at home and the rat was too fast he said he was going to call me back in 30 minutes. I’m waiting until now (Wednesday night 15/2). I had to pay for another company to come and help me with that. Was the third time I needed Flick Pest control to help me and didn’t have any help. I don’t recommend this company. I just wasted my money. Very disappointed

The time period for our previous termite prevention expired and we contacted Flick Anticimex. Matt Glynn spent most of the day, thoroughly creating a termite barrier. He was patient and clear in explaining what he had to do, followed procedure exactly, timing every single placement of the chemical. He explained all the weakness spots and told us what to do about them. Fortunately, we had a builder on site and they were able to clarify together, an effective approach. I would recommend Matt to anyone. He clearly took pride in his work and we feel relaxed that our home is not going to fall down around us.
