Great gym, great staff, great experience. Not only do they have personal trainers but also a great team of Exercise Physiologists too called RM Physiology. Cannot emphasise enough at the quality of the facilities and the MCU mural is out of this world.

Tried to to join this gym through an advertisement stating that if I joined by a certain date, they would match my current gym membership rate + 2 months free.

Not only could they not match my current rate (which is false advertising), but they also would not give 2 months free. They also would not specify the t&c’s… you had to go into the gym and specifically ask for this…

There is also a lot of hidden fees which sales representatives do not outline and I had to discover these myself. Ie. $25 annual “secure my rate fee”. Although this gym might have great facilities, there are a lot more gyms out there with similar if not better facilities and that are more up front with their fees and terms and conditions.

Great atmosphere, staff are awesome just a perfect place to better yourself oh and the freshest equipment

Fitness Cartel is a fantastic gym! It has amazing equipment and facilities, and being a new club the equipment is top quality (bathrooms are 5 start quality). I love the atmosphere of the gym and everyone is so friendly both staff and members. I'm loving their functional FCT classes and would highly recommend to anyone!

It's such a spacious gym with the best equipment. And oh my gosh the bathrooms all the staff are so friendly and helpful too. I cannot praise this gym enough.

Today was my first day at FC and I am so impressed by the facilities and the friendliness of the staff members. Especial thanks to CC for being so attentive and her enthusiasm for fitness The childminding staff is also amazing with every kid, my two boys are always so happy to come with me to the gym, which makes me go more often.

This health club will not disappoint. The best equipment money can buy, friendly and knowledgeable staff, cafe and a chill zone for the children. You won't want to leave! 10/10 ️

This gym is lacking a lot of grip and attachments to cables it also is missing some equipment and there was no 70kg dumbells as well as that they allowed terrible behaviour happen on open day with gold coast infulancer hogging all the weights and kicking people off equipment for better lighting he said and would take his top off which was not appropriate when you have children there as well at the moment I'm trying to cancel my membership but having no luck.

The atmosphere & energy you get when you workout here is just insane. Loads of weights, machines and space and when you arrive you just don't wanna leave. The sauna is my favourite part! The trainers could be more welcoming though. 4.9 from me

Great facility, big range of well-maintained equipment! If only they'd open one closer to the city!
