DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FITNESS CARTEL! I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been. Would not allow me to cancel a contract I never signed up for. Each staff member you speak to will provide conflicting information, making it evident that lying is their modus operandi. Absolute scam artists - have lodged a complaint through Fair Trading.

Tahlia is the most welcoming person. She made us feel right at home showing us around as well as the rest of the staff.

Marcus helped sort out our membership. Gym is amazing, there is so much equipment and loads of classes.

Just moved gyms to Fitness Cartel. Brilliant facilities, huge area and really appreciated Marcus taking the time to explain everything in the sign up process. Would definitely recommend

I went here the other day for a day pass to see if I liked it and it exceeded all expectations. The staff are lovely, set up is awesome and it is such a chill vibe. The staff showed me around the place and were very nice and I will definitely be signing up to this gym after this amazing experience.

Lots of equipment, friendly staff, energetic environment. Anything you could need, sauna, shake bar, supplement and training appeal shop. Everything you need in 1 place.

Great gym! Great service, if there is anyone that wants to go to an amazing gym in brisbane, this is the place to go! It even caters for a sauna as well! There aren't a lot of gyms that do have saunas

Just beware that when signing up for the Personal Trainer Course, Matthew will talk about the deposit, and the five day cooling off period in which you are able to cancel, but will at no point mention the $370 admin fee that you will still have to pay. It's on the form that you sign, but if you miss it, you'll be $370 out of pocket when Matthew Cricri could have so easily warned you about this but chose not to, even when specifically asked whether you would get your deposit back. I regret to have to write this review, but loosing $370 has been a stupid mistake on my part, but also a real wake up call to always read every detail on a form and to know that people only want your money.

As someone mentioned in another review, take a photo of any form you sign from this gym. Who knows, it might come in handy.

One of the best fitness centre's in Brisbane. I've been to a few and this one trumps the others.

The staff here are APPAWLING they offer no assistance getting any equipment on the high shelves (i am 4"7 btw) all they did was stand there and laugh at me, couldnt even open the door to get out im so weak (whole reason im there) smh would give 0 stars if possible

I have found Fitness Cartel to be a really good facility.
I will say though I have had a bad experience with one of the PT's - Will Howells - after ending my PT sessions with him he has continued to debit my account, without my authority which is now close to $400. And of course he is uncontactable - So don't use him as your PT!

Dodgy PT aside - the equipment and facilities, items for purchase and range of classes make it good value - they even have a creche for the mums needing that as an option.

Long story short, please be extremely mindful when joining Fitness Cartel Aspley. Read all terms and conditions of the contract (also ask for a copy of the contract for yourself) before signing up as the staff won’t state it to you when you join. I had an issue with my gym key entering the gym at night; instead of helping me with the issue I was passed from one person to another and every time I called, the customer service manager was in a meeting and would never call me back as promised. After almost two weeks, I went in to solve the issue. Overall, poor customer experience and won’t be recommending this gym to anyone. Have since rejoined a gym where I’m acknowledged every time I enter and they have a genuine care for their customers.

Very cool gym love going here however as this gym is gaining popularity so is it’s members. Surely there has to be a cap to how many people can enter.it’s getting packed twice now I couldn’t find a car park twice this week.so only way I can get parking or do my workouts is to go late. 8-9 pm or later.it’s getting to small for the amounts of people that are going now.
