Fish n Chip Co.

The chips were not bad but the fish smelt like bleach and was so rank that I threw it away. The seafood salad tasted old and the prawns were like rubber.

This is the best Australian fish and chip shop I have ever eaten. The price is NT$19.50 per serving. The fish is delicious but not too bad. I have been here three times and I saw the boss last time. He must be Chinese! Most of the shop assistants are foreigners, but they are very cute and the service is great!

So nice to have gluten free battered and crumbed fish. Very generous servings of chips too

One of the better fish and chips shops in the area. Wouldn’t say it is amazing, but have had worse. Service is hit and miss with wrong orders and missing tartare sauce (having paid extra for it). Worth trying and seeing what you think.

Ordered hamburger with the lot meal $15, burger was the best I've had in a long time and i work around brisbane so have tried a few haha.big and juicy and full of flavour.chips were fresh, crispy and soft in the middle and a good serve size.will definitely come back if I'm in the area

Change the steak burger or take it off your menu. Seriously that was the worst I have had in my life! A piece of thin steak that was full of fat, smelt funny and seemed to be cooked in the microwave. Come on guys I have eaten with you a few times and have been reasonably satisfied, but not this time!
Charge more for your burgers and add to make them edible.

Not a good experience at all definitely get the feeling that they just don't care. Would recommend going elsewhere if possible.

Have been going to this shop regularly. The quality has not varied - unlike other local shops. An excellent meal and recommended.

Came here for Monday lunch. Not much else open in the area, but always happy to support a local place. Well worth it! Food was delicious and fast service. Quality of seafood seems excellent and everything was cooked to perfection.

Never had a such beautiful meal in my life, their chicken salt is the best combo with the chips, and the price is very reasonable, friendly service, especially the girl with the purple hair who fix all my problems, appreciate

The fish is very juicy and tender, the best fish n chips shop you can find in east Brisbane. Don’t know why there are so many negative ratings about this shop, they offer the best food, that’s the only thing I can promise

Never again, battered sav’s burnt, cocktail fish no bigger then my thumb not worth $1.30 $15 chips was like $5.00 worth pineapple fritters (paper thin)

And the Gold medal goes to this place for the wettest hamburger I have ever had.
Literally lucky I ate it home so I could wash my hands and face.

We’ve gotten fish and chips from this store before but this last time was awful. Fish was over battered (batter was 4 times thickness of fish) and everything was super greasy which made us feel so sick for hours afterwards. Unfortunately won’t be getting takeaway from here again.

Fish like rubber. It was all curled up tried to straighten out and it curled back up again. Overcooked. Very disappointed was looking forward to a nice piece of fish.

The Barra was frozen and not defrosted properly making the flesh mushy and with out body or texture. The chips were fantastic though

Awful food. Hamburger patty just wrong. 3 times asked for soft egg, both burgers the eggs were hard and rubbery and cooked into the bacon. Potato scallops saturated in oil and chips tasteless and freakishly yellow.
This place used to be good with previous owners.

Honestly the worst experience of food I have had, called them up to tell them that the food was stone cold when it arrived by Uber, to be told Uber had changed drivers mid delivery and I should contact Uber, well after 25 mins I give up.
Fish and chip co have been absolutely no help and just wanted my phone call to go away, I can honestly tell you that I will never spend another dollar there again

Very oily. Everything tastes the same. Long wait and half the order missing. Sorry, but it was totally gross

Disappointed: - Chips not so good as they usually are, quite dry this time. Ordered a Potato Scallop but got a battered sav instead. Battered Pineapple very soggy with oil. Could have lost this customer
