The chips are superb with chicken salt and Hamburger look and tastes devine definitely be back again.
Went back and got a seafood basket and this what I found a prawn that wasn't shelled properly clearly a

Honestly best halloumi burger I’ve had in a long time. Was pleasantly surprised considering its location. There was a steady stream of customers whilst I was there, clearly a local favourite. Support local small businesses and check this place out.

My partner and I both got food poisoning from here today. We have previously had a terrible experience with off calamari but decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately we both ended up very sick this evening after this being the only thing we ate.

We're in the middle of finding the best FC shop in tingalpa and so far this place is winning. Great fish portion size, the chips we got with it was also the best we'd had.

False advertising - on 26/5/23 was charged more than the prices listed on the website and instore counter top brochure. When I complained I was told it was due to covid! I told them it is false advertising and they should update their advertising. They said they have too many boxes of brochures.

All Quality, Calamari is unbelievable, Chips, whatever, Owner takes great care and supplies quality seafood and even manages to give jobs to locals without comprimising his food. Great kids, Great food.

Stay away.
Got the fish platter for 2 and the fish was not only the smallest fillets I’ve ever seen but tasted like it was dipped in ammonia? Or Ajax spray and wipe? Before frying. Everything else in the pack was also last weeks left overs, would not even give this food to a starving dog.
Go somewhere else

Ordered a Battered fish burger and got a grilled fish burger instead I gave it back and the Asian lady said I can’t give it back I find her rude and poor management

Fish out of the supermarket? Not sure but so gross, chips were terrible. Never again will I waste my money buying food from there

I don’t normally give reviews but this was the worst meal I’ve had for along time. Fish wasn’t fresh but frozen, and the smallest fillets I’ve had. Fish appeared to be prebattered and the same with the crumbed fish. Chips were frozen and over cooked. They had a great business there but not now!

Won’t be returning. Today we purchased barramundi which was half the thickness and smaller than normally purchased, fresh oysters were a tinge green and the $3 each sea scollops were not the real deal

Was not happy.come home with fish chips as my fish was not cook well and I was unwell from it so was not happy person won't be coming back there any more

Purchased a rather large order with a steak burger! That was a major mistake as it was cold dry and tough when I bit into it. I took it back and explained my issue with the lady at the counter. I went home with a fresh steak burger and the temperature was right and the time I bit into the freshly made burger, I was highly disappointed as it was like rubber again! I gave it to the dog and had a salad burger instead.
Cheap cut of steak for a premium price. Not again going back….

We order here each week when the family get together. The past few times they have not fulfilled the order correctly. We ordered hamburgers with the lot but when we got them, there was no lot. We don't complain as there is enough of that but.
We ordered a meal over $60 which included $10 of chips that didn't even cover the bottom of the tray. We rang and spoke to the young girl who spoke to the owner about our concerns and the owner wouldn't have a bar of it and didn't even have the decency of speaking with us on the phone. After being loyal customers we will not be returning, no customer service, absolutely disgraceful!

We bought a takeaway meal and they tried scrimp by not packing the salad. When we clarified, instead of apologizing the girl staff gave rude look with a grumpy face. Also, the lemon slices was not fresh that we did not dare to use it.

So I thought i would get fish and chips for dinner and try somewhere new. I called and placed order. I asked girl on phone if fish was Australian and she said yes. I go to collect the order and notice the cod is definitely NOT Australian so I ask the girl behind desk if she could change it to another fish which was Australian. After much moaning and stuffing around they finally changed it. When the new lot of fish had been cooked a different lady called my number and gave me the fish. I asked for the rest of my BIG order and the girl who passed me the fish held up the recipe shook it and said um you ordered nothing else. After explaining I actually had a large order of chips, potato scallops etc she got the first girl who served me and she with attitude gave me the rest of the order.
The fish was lovely and chips pretty good the scallops on the other hand were absolutely terrible. Dry and extremely oily. You could only taste 6 week old oil. I will never be going back as customer service was discussing and honestly food was not much better.

I bought some prawns from them when they first opened at Wynnum Plaza, the prawns weren't fresh and tasted off plus the shop had that overwhelming strong fish smell about it, I decided that I wouldn't be buying there again.
Last week driving home from Bunnings and wanting some prawns l thought l would give them another go, and you guessed it.nothing has changed as far as the prawns go but I didn't notice the strong fish smell. I give them zero stars.

Use to be our go to place when the greek lady started the store always fresh and amazing food.

Really really gone down hill since new owners took over. Smell of the fish is almost beyond human consumption.

Bought a $22.00 dollar snapper dinner and gave it to the dogs after I couldnt stomach the fish.

Think the only reason they have a star rating over 4 is a lot of the 5 star reviews were for previous owners

Tiger Prawns were just fresh another day they would of been off.

Best fish & chips ever. Grilled snapper to perfection, potato scallop/fritters thin & crispy. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I meet. Excellent customer service too. Thank you, so yummy
