Fantastic Furniture

So easy to find. Lots of parking. The store is amazing, so much on display. Staff are very helpful and don't hover. We had to collect something from the warehouse and the staff there carried it out to our car with no worries. Great store.

Went couch shopping, on finding the one I wanted I'm told have to wait 8 wks. No stock, its made to order. They lost my business.

I purchased a children's bed from Fantastic Furniture Northlakes recently and it was just an effortless process, I also have a variety of items I've purchased over the past 4-5 years from other stores. No point pretending their gear it’s the best quality on the market as it is value for money and what you do get is an unmatched aftercare service, you know no matter what they'll look after you is something breaks and they'll resolve it fast. Previously i had an issue with a mattress and it was collected and replaced in 48 hours. Get that from another furniture or bedding retailer.

Purchased a lounge suite from them on 01/12/19. We were told that it would be delivered within 7 days. Here we are 12 days later and after two follow up calls from us to them, w will hopefully have it delivered tomorrow on day 13.

It gives you the feeling that the sales people provide false timeframes to make a sale and give no thought to how long it will actually take.

The only reason for the two stars is the actual lounge suite in store was quite nice.

Good range, great prices and loved the friendly and helpful staff. Shopped on a quiet day so staff had time to assist. Good access and parking. Very happy with my purchase.

This is one of my favourite furniture stores because it has heaps of great things at a price I can afford and I can use zip pay so I can take home and pay off.

My bed was from here and i miss it when I’m not on it so thank you for finding me my perfect mattress

I have visited this shop to buy house decorating stuffs like wall mirror, hallway table, lamp etc, I have found them reasonable price. Staffs are friendly and eager to help.easy parking and pickup.

Great prices for good products. 2x female staff just standing around talking and not helpful when asked for assistance.

Brought a table today. When I unpacked it noticed it was damaged. Rang store to be advised that a replacement would be personally delivered within 2 hours. It was delivered and also assembled. Thankyou for such wonderful and prompt service.

You need to sort the stock out in this store. From chairs to rugs to shelving every time I attempt to make a purchase there is no stock and refusal to sell display stock is also frustrating. Today was the 5th time in about 2 years I have attempted a purchase.

I went in to find some extra shelving for my bedroom and left with just what I needed at a great price

The lady who served me was super friendly, Caroline I believe her name was? However forgot to mention the item was rolled up and packed into an easy to move box. Instead we paid $65.00 shipping for a tiny item. Luckily the manager approved the shipping fee to be reimbursed.

Good sales staff from the other store at Morayfield shame about the warehouse staff very understaffed wanted nearly 20 mins for my pick up

All Australian made furniture. The quality is great and the service is spot on. Bought a 3 seater couch last week and so far so good. The delivery was next day.

I was disappointed with this shop. I was looking for a 1.5 mtr by 900 mm timber table and chairs. I for nothing in the size very little otherwise. I was not approached by staff even when walking past the counter when leaving the store

Great service and pricing. Was looking around the shop for a short time before a salesperson approached me and helped me out to get the best value furniture for my house. Spent half of what I was thinking it would cost to buy a new dining table set, TV unit and an ottoman. All without having to wander around looking for hours through the labyrinthine corridors and showrooms of an IKEA store, trying to decipher what a §hmørgręnblurğeņ means in Swedish.

Customer service is pretty bad (I guess depending on who u speak to.) I spoke to one lady, and i actually said to her (I'm not a very confrontational person) "wow, your being really rude".

Staff were super friendly and helped me immediately. I submitted an online order over Christmas and had it within 24 hours of the store reopening.
