Staff are friendly but we tried to support local retailers rather than shop online. What a joke, went to Fantastic at North lakes today and enquired about about 5 different items to purchase. Not 1 available to purchase in store. How hard is it to spend money on Furniture in a Furniture store that doesn't stock display items. Won't shop there again. Disappointed.

I'm not quite sure were to post this but review is always good option because I still haven't received a response from an email.
I would like to send words of praise to the excellent deliverymen who delivered a sofa on 29.11.2023.from your shop Fanstastic Furniture in North Lakes to Burpengary.
First, they arrived on time as announced, and then there was a small problem: the sofa boxes were too big for our front door, and dad (with back pain) and I (22 years old girl) were not able to lift two huge sofa boxes up the stairs on our own to upper floor. The delivery men took their time, somehow managed to get the huge boxes through the small door and helped carry the boxes upstairs, they went above and beyond their daily duties and deserve nothing but words of praise for every drop of sweat they put into this effort!

Fantastic Service! Thought it was going to take 10 weeks but only took 4 weeks woohoo how good is that! Also the delivery people were so professional and accommodating!

Purchased a Convertible sofa package some two years ago from the North Lakes store. Recently, the (manual) recliner controls failed within a couple of months of each other. Spoke to Wendy at the store, explained the issue and she then ordered replacement mechanisms. Called me yesterday to say they were here and that she had arranged for a visit by a repairer (Leather Doctor). They called earlier today, we agreed a time, and job done in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service all round!

Good selection of furniture but slight expensive too. The lead time for some of the items are 13 weeks which is too long.

Delivery of a product that I have ordered 1 month ago, still not delivered. Called and booked a delivery day, just called back to confirm time, and here we are: No Delivery was scheduled. Pretty disappointing.

The customer service could be improved. The team seams to be bothered by customers and only reluctantly answers questions.

Just had the most wonderful customer service experience! Retail can be tough at Xmas time but Sam served us beautifully with a smile & high energy for the end of a working day! Thank you so much for your help today!

They took more than a month to refund my money for the cancelled order. When asked, the lady on the phone was rude and bossy. I had to escalate to their supervisor for the refund. They don't deserve even a single star.

Very bad experience unfortunately, we went in to buy a sofa bed. Two of three workers saw we were looking but didn't acknowledge us and the 1 that did had a mouthful of food. We asked a few questions with little response and asked if there was other colour choices to be met with a no, would have been fine if they looked buy just got a no. Fast forward to later that day look online they have a multitude of colours on the items we looked at. Poor form.

Placed an order for a bed frame back in June was given an estimated wait of 3-4 weeks. Contacted them after 4 weeks to get an ETA for my bed frame was told in will arrive in another 3 weeks.
After the extra three weeks tried calling to find out what was happening with my bed frame, was told they dont know something was wrong with their system and to call the next day, the happened again the following day asking to call back start of the next week, called again to be given same response with still no information on my order.
Have now been waiting 2 months and still dont know when my order will arrive.

Never answer their phones, and say orders are 3 weeks away but are realistically 6 weeks away and don’t update you.

Quality of the products is not very convincing, although cheap furniture shop. Follow ups with few things can take lots of time amd disappointing.

The only terrible experience I've ever had with the company. I feel some of the stuff are there not to sale. Argumentative, rude, don't know much about products, not sure. Not recommended at all

Purchased a grey wing back armchair last friday. When i sat on it the cushion was lovely and firm. Thats why i decided on that one because of my hip pain. When i got mine home the cushion was to soft. Feel really disappointed and let down.

Ordered some furniture and collected, not too bad although it wasn't clear where I was meant to go to collect. The team was helpful to get my furniture loaded into my boot.
