Honestly I cannot recommend this store highly enough. It has been an absolute pleasure to be served by Franka and her team. They are a small business in high demand so I recommend putting some time aside to visit and benefit the most from their knowledge and customer care. My experience has been fantastic from the purchasing of skates & fun accessories to assistance with servicing and maintenance. An absolute gem to find in Milton.

Hasn’t answered my emails about my order in weeks. But I’m sure the owner will have time to argue a bad review here before responding to several emails from as far back as 3 weeks ago. Next time I’ll be buying from a store with good customer service like @WEAREDROPOUTS

Ps I emailed last a few hours ago, from the email I used to make the order, well before I left this review so you clearly do care more about bad reviews than actually providing decent service. If you respond to every customers emails from earlier this afternoon you will for sure reach me.

The services is fantastic and the knowledge of the skating equipment is amazing, plus I went here on the hope I could get some Axel's that I couldn't find in Victoria, if they don't have they sure as, can get what you need.
Extremely helpful, I would recommend Extreme Skates to anyone who needs good skates with great service.

Best customer service in brisbane. Have lived in multiple suburbs and been to quite a few of the local skate shops and this one will become the only one i go to. Franca is the loveliest lady!

One was talking in a very rude manner to my husband. He felt like he was wasting the guys time by being there. Not a nice way to treat customers. The other one was friendly though.

Great friendly customer service. When above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect fit helmet.

Awesome customer service. Bought my first skateboard there and they have an awesome selection of parts and shoes etc. I love the build your own skateboard workshop. They have an awesome variety and free stickers. My favourite skateboard shop.

Bought some skates from here and the guy was so helpful with our questions.
The plate on my skates had a slight issue but he was so helpful when fixing it. Will definitely be back in the future.

Franca and her staff really know their stuff. They are friendly, efficient and provide great customer service. Both in person and online. I no longer buy skate gear anywhere else and always recommend them. They are not the closest shop to me but worth the trip.

Fantastic service! The employees have awesome knowledge of the product they stock and helped me pick the perfect shoe for what I wanna do. Would recommend to everyone 10/10

Loved my experience in this store. The staff member who helped me out with my skateboard was a very knowledgeable man, not just about skateboards, he even gave me a hand changing the oil on my car. Also picked up some mad vans in the perfect colour. Five stars for service in my book! I’ll be back!

Bought my first board here after catching a bus and walking a further 30 minutes to get there. I'm glad I did however as I received great service and I couldn't be happier with my board.

Everything you could ever need, friendly staff offer to fit you out with your needs. They even have a great "fresh meat" roller derby fit out pack
