Absolutely amazing experience I went in wanting to buy my first pair of skates and Franca measured my feet and brought me two perfect fits at different price points to fit my budget. Sez was also really sweet and I had lovely conversations with them both, was a lovely experience and I came out of it with a pair of skates I love!

Went in in December 2023 got sized up and bought a pair of USD Sway 60's the staff are absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely shop here again.

19/10. I needed to buy my 9yr old son a skateboard for his 10th birthday. He is just learning and I have never skated. I didn’t want to ruin the learning experience by grabbing the first cool board I saw. I’m sorry I’m bad with names. The young lady at the store was incredible. She asked lots of questions about what, where and how, his weight etc. Explained the most economic way to get a well rounded board, fit new wheels and tuned for his weight. She told me about their servicing and promos and even asked me to wish my son a happy birthday from her. Short of teaching my son to ride, this was probably the most comprehensive and engaging experience I could have had.
Thank you and I’m sure my son will have a blast.

I just want to give Nathan a huge thank you for helping me choose the right skate bag for my 9 year old step- grandson. He was interested and keen to help. He walked me through Extreme Skates website and explained all the pro's and con's of each bag.he was patient and didn't hurry me making sure I was comfortable and happy with what I choose. Went to the store this morning to ask about wheels for skateboards, which I want to modify and use as part of a machine. As soon as I explained that to Nat, it was clear that there was no, money to be made from me. Still yet, Nat was TOTALLY helpful and explained all the technical ins and outs about different hardness and the plastics used for skates. What a great experience, someone taking the time to help you, even if there is no money to be made. I`d give 10 stars, if that was possible, all thumbs up for extreme skates!

Wonderful service. I was looking do for new skates for roller derby and I came to Brisbane for holiday from Sydney. The young man was very through and helped me find the right skates and was able to answer all my question, very knowledgeable. And he was able to ship them to Sydney for me. Extreme skates are the best, I recently needed some replacement parts for my skates and had no idea where to start. Nat, Franca and the team were amazing! I sent them photos, they asked a few questions and then they arranged everything for me. I bought my skates here 5 years ago and I will keep coming back!

Natt is SUPER helpful with some of the best customer service going. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the skating world. Highly recommend these guys for their prices and experience!

As a returning skater and uni student I was just looking for something cost effective for casual skating - I left 100% satisfied. I got exactly what I was looking for in fit, comfort and cost (even though my partner and I went way over budget anyway because we couldn't help impulse buying a few extra pieces!).

Second skateboard purchased for stepson (after first one went missing) and service was just as good as our first experience. Sarah (Sez) made him feel welcomed and comfortable, listened to what his style and preferences are so that he was 100% happy with his purchase. She also took him seriously as a skater, rather than dismissing him as “just a kid”. Highly recommend for any level of skater

Decent range of inline skates, quads and skateboards as well as accessories. Very helpful and friendly staff.

They are so fun and friendly here. Very knowledgeable and can fit a skate very professionally. They also offer free servicing when you bring your skates in. We have bought a few pairs through them now. Very happy.

I have been coming here since 2020 and have been a huge fan of their service, recommendations and products. I have brought multiple people here to buy their first skates and with out fail, they have been so accomodating and helpful. Even when i haven't purchase anything but needed help screwing off my toe stop, the guy with the dinosaur on a skateboard was more than happy to lend a hand free of charge. Having played inline hockey as a kid, I haven't worn a pair of skates in over a decade.
Sarah was a smorgasbord of information about in-line skates and was nothing but warm and bubbly the moment I walked into the store. She helped me decide if I should rely on muscle memory or investing in protective gear, getting back into a new hobby. I'm happy I chose the latter. I'll be skating during my work breaks, thanks to her assistance.
