I have had a wonderful shopping experience with Eureka Street Furniture I found that the staff where very helpful, very caring and committed to maintain a high level of customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone that are looking at buying quality and lovely furniture for your office or home that would like to have a very positive shopping experience. Great choice of furniture and decorations.friendly helpful staff. Hard to walk out without buying something. Bought beautiful artificial plant arrangements and scented sticks in there. Sale on too so got great bargain. Will visit again. Great for buying gifts for friends.

Aboustly amazing service by the team at Eureka Street Morayfield! They looked after us like family, helped us pick out an amazing Lounge suite, entertaind our kids while we shopped.helped us with no pressure, as we came back a number of times to measure thungs and work out what was best for us and our budget.
We certainly took advantage of the 50% off sale, got an amazing deal!
Thanks again to the awesome ladies there, we are very grateful and will be back for sure in the future!

I had contact with the Ladies at Morayfield over the phone and in person, they were friendly, professional and efficient, I would totally recommend this store for anyone wanting to shop at Eureka, it’s beautiful and the staff excellent.

Very very happy with the products bought from Eureka Street Morayfield and the customer service provided, Phoebe was wonderful. I highly recommend buying furniture here and talking with the staff for more information on caring and upkeep of the products. I have never been let down by these guys.

OMG the quality of the furniture is amazing and when you have a look at the mechanic's of the furniture you just know it will last the test of time.
The price's are up there but well worth what you pay for, When the specials are on strongly recommend shopping at this place rather than any other furniture outlet

Got exactly what we were after and it was on sale to boot. Quality of the product looked good and staff were helpful.

If you purchase something not in floor stock (which is everything) you have to pay $25 for delivery to the store from their warehouse to pick it up yourself or pay $95 to have it delivered to your home. The girls at the store were quite surprised that i wouldn't just pay $95 to have it delivered when I live local and own a ute

I love Eureka Street. It's one of my favourite places to shop. Today, however, I was shocked to learn of a new policy they have implemented. If you buy a heavy piece of furniture and they dont have it in stock, they tell you they have to charge you an extra $25. This is for the men who have to lift your goods when transporting from the warehouse to the store where you will be picking it up! I refused to pay it and said I would not buy the goods if that was the case! The $25 was waived.but I think this is a really bad practice and they will surely lose customers. My purchase wasnt even that big or heavy.
