Great place to get lovely furniture piece's for your house. Also pick up paintings, mirrors and accessories to go with your decor. Easy parking close to front door. Very helpful friendly staff.

Pretty appalling customer service, furniture chain that relies on company policy’s that involve hiring employees not fit for working in a furniture store. Old, lazy and rude. Would give zero stars if possible. Shop elsewhere.

The furniture is lovely but not worth the appalling customer service. Was told to bring 2 people to pick up as they will not help lift, arrived with my son to collect and found my table stuffed to the back of all other furniture, near a door she refused to open for easier access. When I questioned the position we needed to get if from and suggested it was not my responsibility to move other customers furniture to get mine out, I was told to F Off. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Nice selection of furniture. More can be found online. The store is located in a quiet spot with plenty of parking.

I shopped there over the phone whilst my friend was in the shop. The seller was so helpful answering all my questions over the phone and even accepted to chat directly through my friend's phone. Absolutely happy with the service and the prices. I have high hope that the delivery and the quality of the products will be as good.

The furniture is nice, however, I asked to pick the item up in store but was advised they don’t do that. I was told that I had to pick it up from Acacia Ridge it pay $120 to have it delivered. I chose to pick it up from the depot on Saturday, when I had an unexpected day off of work I rang to see if I could pick it up and was told no because it had been planned for me to get it on a letter date. When I arrived on the Saturday to pick up my item I realised they had given me the address to the head office (which is closed on Saturday) and not the collection point. I understand they might have excuses for all of this but I have never had any of these issues before with any other furniture supplier. I will not be purchasing from this chain in the future.

I just got my new couch & few other items delivered today and I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service. The sales lady was from the Kawana store (might have been Jennifer?) she was absolutely fantastic and nothing was a drama for her. She showed us several different couches and advised what was in stock and provided prices etc and recommendations. Her patience with us was amazing haha and she had a lovely sense of humour. So so happy with the whole experience and the items are incredible

Over the past 2 years we have been shopping at Eureka Street Morayfield.
We would easily have visited a dozen times & made multiple purchases for our new home.

As with most furniture these days, some was on backorder & some in stock. This made coordinating delivery a bit tricky, especially since our shed build was delayed.
Due to our own setbacks, we had to reschedule a couple of our deliveries & Wayne kept in constant contact with both myself & my husband to make the process as smooth as possible.

During this time, we had 4 separate deliveries to 3 locations. One of the initial staff dealing with us had moved on, so Wayne took on the task & assured he'd look after us. That, he did!

As long as Wayne is in board, we'll continue to make him our 'go to'.

We have purchased about $7k of furniture from the Morayfield store. Along with several other items (which were great) the wrong size table was delivered on 3/12. People make mistakes I get that. We organised to have the problem rectified on 10/12 only to find out the correct table was sent to the store. A courier has been arranged to deliver the table tomorrow, so when I ring the Morayfield store to try and get an approximate time for delivery. No one can help me? The post sales customer service at Eureka St is an abomination. There was no urgency to fix this problem at all. I have a good mind to cancel the remainder of my order due in March and get a refund, if this is considered acceptable service by the company?

Beautiful solid furniture amazing service from the 2 ladies (manager and Theresa), top rate delivery service men prompt and polite. We will be returning customers for sure

We purchased some furniture at the Morayfield store and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile and rang around to source a side table for us, and organised for us to collect it at the North Lakes store.

The sales staff were lovely within 10 minutes we had purchased and organised delivery of our new lounge. The boys delivered the lounge promptly and with great efficiency. Would definitely go to Eureka Street Furniture again!
