I’ve never had a bad experience here. Recently, James helped diagnose my MacBook Air: his service was exemplary for its speed, transparency and helpfulness. Emma has been really courteous and helpful in previous visits. I trust e-Storm with my Apple gear.

Purchased 12.9 iPad Pro from JBHIFi Queen Street BNE October 2022. After following instructions via Apple Support and various you tube links to restart, I took it to Perth in December due to its stupidity black screen freeze. They took less than 5 seconds. I walked out of Perth Apple Store feeling like a complete dill.

Two weeks ago same thing, black frozen screen ugghh. JBHIFi referred E-Storm services for assistance. Yesterday, it took Jason less than 5 seconds to activate my black screen. Hilarious interaction. ‍️‍️

Highly recommend E-Storm services Toowoomba. Thanks Bro.

I recently had trouble with my ipad pro, jb hifi sent me to estorm.
What can I say, the service and the advise that Jason gave me was A1. He was both courteous and very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the business to anyone.

I went to get assistance with my iPhone 14 and right from the beginning the person serving me terrible customer service particularly when I was booked in. He was quite rude, disrespectful and degrading.

There was no regard that I had been in contact with Apple and followed their directions, hence it did not work so I was then forwarded onto eStorm, I thought great someone to help me which to their credit they did fix it.

However would ask a question and the reply would be “well I’m not a genius” nobody said he was but you would think that working with these on a regular basis you would have some ideas.

His final remark actually got me was “no point telling you what to do because you wouldn’t get it or remember it. You can just go, haven’t got time too busy. ”

I purchased a I-Pad 11 pro just before Christmas 2022, everything was working fine until a couple of days ago, then the I-Pad would not turn on. I went to the store where I made the original purchase and after an hour and several staff of that store the issue could not be resolved. Eventually they gave up and re-directed me to seek help from E-Storm Toowoomba. Within 10 secs of explaining the issue with the people at E-Storm the problem was solved and now everything is OK again. Very friendly and excellent customer service.

My daughter changed her passcode and couldn't remember it. Resulting in being completely locked out.eStorm did a system reset and then restore watching 24hrs, brilliant service

I am grateful I was referred to eStorm Service Centre for repairs to my Mac, and I highly recommend them to you. My dealings saw me interact with two staff members, and both were knowledgeable, spoke in terms I could understand and helped me have my computer back in a quick turnaround. They also offered advice that saved me $ and that meant a lot to me. Thank you

Apple uses this store as a relay point for its iDevice fault servicing. My Apple watch had a defect, and on the phone, I talked to an Apple employee who told me that my watch could be replaced free of charge and instructed me to head to this store, and they'd send my defective watch up to Apple, and they'd send back a replacement.

Entering the store, the reception was quite reserved, and upon giving them my defective watch, I was dissuaded from doing so as "Apple doesn't fix such problems" excuse. I insisted and had my watch sent to Apple, a week later, I received my brand new watch, and I left that store happy.

What didn't make me happy however was the fact that I had to insist, repeatedly, that I want my watch sent to Apple. And secondly, I was dissatisfied with how I most of the staff were; but to give credit, an older man did help me reset my Apple watch through iCloud, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly, unlike the younger staff members.

Wish I could give 6 stars! I've used eStorm twice of the past year to repair/replace my faulty and broken iPad. What really impressed me is the way they deliver to their word, very efficiently and go beyond to help their customers out.
