Fantastic indoor play centre for kids. My 2 ½ year old loves it! There are 2 separate areas for big and smaller kids. When it’s quiet he loves to explore both areas or if busy just hangs out in the smaller kids area which has so much for him to do. There is a trampoline area and an inflatable jumping castle area too! As he gets bigger he’ll love to try the ninja warrior style obstacle course. Cafe onsite too for coffee, milkshakes, lunch or snacks.

Zero help from the staff for my sons party. I ordered a cake and at the end of the party they told me I didn’t order a cake. So I had to tell the birthday boy he’s not getting a cake. No management came out to help, was left with the kids that work at the cafe to “help”.

This is the health Mecca on the Gold Coast, best gym and facilities. Sauna is great, hot and cold pools. Always has a great vibe to it, I love spending time here.

Absolutely exceptional! Our experience with Mia's receptionist and childcare services was outstanding. Mia was not only incredibly attentive and caring but also efficiently managed all tasks. Her warmth and professionalism created a safe and joyful environment for our child. We're beyond grateful for her top-notch care!

We did mum & bub Pilates, great teacher, so lovely & really fun for the bubs / toddlers to have a play afterwards. Will be back for Mum & bub / toddler Pilates for sure)

$15 for a 10 month old is a bit steep especially when they can’t do much. I get they take up space and people take advantage but with another paying child it should be a lot less. Most other play centres don’t charge or charge better according to their age.

Just beware having a birthday party here.
Poorly organized on the day, they ran out of kids frozen food and there was not enough food for the number of kids; adults expect to be refilling the water jugs, the adult food - stale subs, our wraps were delivered to the wrong room so adults went hungry, the fruit platters have defrosted watermelon/apple so are soggy, brown and inedible.
Was told we would get a refund for the awful food or lack thereof, but it’s been 2 weeks and still waiting.

One of EMFs biggest play areas for kids. Service is great and there are always plenty of happy kids of all ages around!

We had our sons 6th birthday here for 18 kids. The kids had a good time but food was BELOW average to say it nicely and was only catered for 14. More staff training is need in the kitchens. Eventually refunded half of cost. After having been to other kids parties at this venue it was very disappointing experience.

Fantastic play area for kids! So much to do and reasonably priced! There is a cafe serving food and drinks. It goes get very busy especially on a wet day. From ball pits to jumping castles and trampolines your kids are bound to find something to keep them entertained!

A Saving grace playarea that my kids (8yr & 6yrs old) loved. We easily killed 2hrs here and worth every cent! With Reasonably priced smoothies that are delicious and popcorn $2 for a big bag YES please! ThANKYOU! Really appreciate a space like this that don’t charge an arm and leg! Loved it!

There are very great playground and safety for children, staff is friendly, Suitable for bringing children to play and release energy.

I love the play ground, but the cafe everytime is a disaster, they had 4 workers in there but everybody was like a headless chicken, they were absolutely lovely but took 10 minutes to order, I think you would benefit a lot from order numbers, somebody took my toastie that was way after me, which wasn’t their fault but then they rushed mine, I’m 36 weeks pregnant and was given a half hot half cold chicken toastie which is not very safe. I do want to say the prices are good but a chicken mistake is pretty risky. I also think it’s important to note the whole time I was in the line, about 3 people made small talk with me how the menu is so odd not serving hot chips, even people deciding not to order due to lack of food menu. We do really love this playground but sometimes the thought of that cafe/ the workers make it seem easier to go elsewhere.

Absolutely loved this place. My 3yo and I went one rainy Friday and she exclaimed "this is the most amazing place ever! " While jumping on the trampolines. I love that there's so much variety. It's cheap $10 and not pushed out the door (although we left at the 2hr mark anyway)

Best place for birthday parties.we had my sons 4th birthday at emf jnr and hired the party room. EMF jnr went out of their way to buy a spiderman outfit for my sons birthday theme. The host was beyond amazing with the kids. They all had a ball and can't stop talking about meeting spiderman

Awesome place for kids to get exercise. Parents can relax as attentive staff help reassure safety of all children in the playground.
