26Clean store, strange organisation though. Not sure why "The God delusion" is in business or leadership section.
I love bookstores, and Dymocks is no exception. As a major chain you don't get the charm that you get with an independent retailer, but it is consistent and consistently good.
Not a very good Dymocks all the cookbooks were all out of order it was like going into a jumble shop not like Dymocks in Brisbane and all the staff were out the back or talking to friend's
I Will wait until I go to Brisbane and spend my money out of town and I do spend a lot of money on cookbooks
While the store looks fantastic and the range of books, notebooks, stationary is vast, I found that the staff I was served by don't really seem to want to assist if you can't find a book. Yes they promptly check IF they stock the book that you are after, but no assistance was offered when I couldn't find the book I was after.
While I was impressed that Dymocks does indeed stock Palomino Pencils, overall I wasn't impressed with the service/assistance I received at all.
Sorry Dymocks Grand Central, but you dropped the ball.
A great addition to Toowoomba's retail scene for book lovers. Staff are very helpful and approachable.
Very approachable staff and very helpful with book recommendations. Spacious store with lots of specials and great selection of books, journals and stationery. Also stock a nice range of lamy pens.
