This place is amazing. The staff go out of their way to help with finding books or making suggestions. I usually have a couple of books on order and they promptly let me know when they arrive. Great job guys!

I walk into this store and I am instantly reminded that books are a portal to a whole new universe, and I love to be surrounded by the possibilities of many portals into those universes.

My casual browse recently found many books & games I would like to buy. These best sellers are all there, sitting patiently on the bookshelves. The latest book by the Dali Lama, a copy of Hands of Light, autobiographies, the best graphic novels around, neurosciences, biology, geography, art, fashion, history & motivational titles. Friendly staff & bargain bins out front. Always worth a look!

I went here today to look for a book and left very happy. The staff were so friendly and kind, they put in so much effort to help me look for my book. I think their names were Bronte and Lizzie. I definitely recommend Dymocks and will continue going there in the future because of their lovely staff.

Over the past 3 weeks Book Depository UK and Dymocks Online took my order and my money for the Met Museum Flowers and Fruits Engagement Diary, but could not fulfil the order having none in stock. Dymocks in Brisbane didn't have it either, but Dymocks Toowoomba not only had a copy, lovely Amy put it in an Express Post envelope and dashed to post it to Brisbane for me, so that I'd have it soon after the New Year. Dymocks is my favourite book store. Knowledgeable assistants and a comprehensive range of books of fine quality. If you can't find what you are looking for, they will take the time to look it up and order it in. It's also in a very handy spot on the ground floor of Grand Central close to seats and K-mart. Great place for bibliophiles to browse!

Has a good range of books including some you don't see in other shops. However, they're fairly expensive and if it's generally available at stores like BIG W or Kmart, you're better off buying from those stores, they're much cheaper but you can get good service for special orders at Dymocks. They have quite a few gift items here too.

Good place to grab a great bargain if you get lucky you can find excellent products for barely what it would cost to produce the item

It's a good shop when it's not busy. However when it's packed it's hard to move to the section you want to look at. When it's quiet though its great and I've purchased a couple good books from here.
