Dymocks

The layout is a little rabbit warreny with some pinch points which are a pain when it's busy but on the whole, it's great. Friendly staff etc.

Visited here on Sat. I think their prices are over priced as compared to other places to buy books in Westfield. However if you need helpful staff these guys are great. Gift cards, returns, book searches etc they help you with all of it with a smile. Other cheaper places have zero service. Layout of store is a little maze-like.

Great store location and a wide variety of options. I especially enjoy that they stock manga.
My only gripe is that their registers don't allow for adequate spacing, so the covid lines end up being haphazard and long.
Luckily the girls are quick at the register.

Great store, bigger than the other dymocks i've been to, unfortunately didnt have warriorcats or many volumes of the one series i was looking for even though the store was massive, lovely place though!

Great service, great selection of books. They even have a "Free book" box at the counter (at least when I wrote this review).

I was looking at the cooking books, one of the lady asked me if she can assist me with anything at all, the book I am looking for, my interests etc and directed me to the right one. Thank you:)

What wonderful staff at Chermside. They helped me find a book that I didn't remember the name of the movie I had seen.

Great to have a book store still at Chermside even though we are definitely more of a digital family and use audio books and Kindle most often. It’s not the best location for parking. Staff are quick to offer assistance and to order a book in when they don’t have to book in the shelves.

Great place, friendly staff. Slightly difficult to navigate around the store in wheelchair or with ppram but still possible. Good selection of books and genres, also has a small amount of book and reading accessories

I'm such a fan of this bookshop! The design is very nice (you don't feel the books might fall on you at any time), you can easily spot the new releases (which for me is great as I like to be updated on the new books), they have a nice shelf with the bestsellers but the awesome thing is the shelf with staff's recommendations. I love it!

Great little bookshop that always seems to have what you need in stock, or can order it in. Good to see book shops like this still going, and the friendly staff certainly contribute to it.

Books are over priced. The Michelle Obama book was listed at the Chermside store for $49.and Target had it for $24. Even cheaper online.

Wonderful range. Don't have all titles in a series but will order them for you. Not much room to move if you are in a wheelchair.

Looking for that old fashioned present for that special Christmas or B day. Get a Book!
Dymocks have the Best and Latest releases.
Its wall to wall for Kids and Grandfolks.

Would like to see a better range of fantasy genre. I found there were too many copies of the same thing instead of a couple copies of each, leaving room for a wider range
