Great shopping centre, lots of car parking spots. Drakes has a wonderful variety of products to shop for. If one hasn't tried the experience I think you're missing out. The staff are happy and helpful. Support our local grocery industry.

This Drakes is a Gem, the Draw card is Fruit & Vege department its very well spaced out, is great value for money and has a farm fresh ambience, a well presented and maintained store

Usually we visit after 7pm when not much crowded. Most of times, managed to grab veggies for cheaper price.

Bad experience. At IGA rotten produce. They don't seem to learn very disappointing. Always the same

It is a great local store, lots of options.
I just find that the staff are very rud at times.

Some times they start conversations when serving you.
They stress out when you say yes to a bag.
When asking for cash out, I have honestly been told that they didn't really want to, as it can take longer.

Go as little as possible due to feeling like a hassel being a customer.

Ordered fruit platters Here, everyone was very helpful even though it was short notice. Fruit was very fresh and presentation was great. Well done.

I loved the fruit and vegetables shed. Prices are amazing. Simply amazing and fresh and inexpensive. A credit to the purchasing officers. Their meat and deli section one of the best I have been to.

Great customer service every time I visit. Fruit and vegetables are always fresh and tasty. The perishables can be a bit expensive but overall lovely local grocer.

Since changing to it's new Fruit Barn image/Drakes the quality of the fruit has actually gone down, I find the fruit fresher and less bruised at Nottingham road Woolworths, also on a few occasions I've purchased meat with plenty of time until the use by date but it's been off

I had given 4 stars before a few months, but continuous bad experience is the reason for 1 star now. ALISON, who work in front counter continuously avoid Asian people. I have noticed it 4 times in a row now. Whenever she see Asians, she is so busy getting change for tills but once she see a Caucasian she go back quick to serve them. I am not going there anymore. Decent price for fruit and veggies. Supermarket section a bit expensive. Prices similar to coles.

Fresh looking store after being renovated a while back. Local, close, and handy. And now they have a sushi bar inside!

That asian lady working at deli & seafood counter was super rude and offered no customer service. Never gonna shop at this place again.

Food is fresh and cheap. The aussies are wide abd well set out to make it easy to find things. I often get my fresh fruit, veg and Meat from here rather than woolworths

Not a bad range (although some have been cut down in the products I like - but that's just personal opinion), staff are always friendly and helpful. The fresh section is a good idea in theory but execution isn't great eg only one trolley can get between grocery displays at once. Prices are on par with the big boys (and better in some cases). Have never had poor quality meat from there so it's become my place to shop. Parking is great.

I would just like to commend Ben in the bakery section. I have never had such amazing customer service from an individual. I asked to have an item ordered and he went above and beyond for me to retrieve it. This man needs a pay rise and some recognition for his absolutely wonderful service. I am blown away. Thank you Ben - the world needs more people like you!

Over priced but convenient. Be careful when buying frozen products as they turn freezers off overnight resulting in poor quality products but reduced costs for them

Absolutely love Drakes. Awesome selection of fruit and vegetables. I have never seen sweet potatos so large! Bakery is delisious and sales are always good.

Customer service is so terrible. You should change the limitation description from ‘per customer’ to ‘per family’ if you want very strict limits.
