Andrea was so helpful and knowledgeable. The Onland brand Diamond Executive office chair is so comfy and has a ten year warranty, attractive price, adjustable in every way, good looking, and good for the big and or tall.

Zero stars for customer service after the purchase. No delivery on promised time. No phone calls to update. You get a rude unsatisfactory reply if you call!

Great products, zero stars for customer service.
Bought a couch from this shop and was told it was in stock in their Sydney warehouse, delivery time 2 weeks. We're more than 5 weeks later now and still no signs of getting the couch delivered. I have called the shop a couple times now and was told I would get a call back to get an update. Of course, no one has called me back. Very disappointing. Seems that the sales commission has been paid and follow up costumer service is an after thought.

Large store filled with beautiful furniture. Expect to pay more than other furniture stores, but you get what you pay for in quality.
Wonderful staff, went out of their way to make our day a little brighter.

Went here to look at the Cleo set before buying. Not in stock. Why sell something worth so much money that people can’t look at first. Then I was told to go to Sunshine Coast to look at it.

I live Southside.

I’m going back to Nick Scali. Their staff were nicer.

Domayne staff stared at me and I had to go to them ultimately to get no help.

Terrible truck driver. Speeding through school zone at 8: 30. Pulled out infront of me and another car (close call) with no apology. Just dangerous.

Really happy with our experience at domayne. Thank you to Joyce for all your assistance. We purchased a bed mattress and all new bedding and had this all delivered 2 days later! We are super happy with the quality of everything. We decided we had second thoughts on our new pillow choice and wanted a lower profile pillow. I rang domayne the next day after delivery and informed them of our concern and they allowed us to exchange our pillows for more suitable ones! Our overall experience at domayne was amazing! Thank you to all the ladies that assisted us! Very happy

Worst customer service experience ever - if I could leave zero stars, I would.

We spent a small fortune on furniture last year, including x6 dining room chairs. We have barely sat on these chairs, but they are falling apart. We have contacted Domayne multiple times (which was like pulling teeth, I might add), and the best they could do - when not blatantly ignoring us - was to offer an exchange for one of the chairs. We don't want replacements, as they'll very likely fall apart too. We simply want our money back, but it seems Domayne are unwilling to entertain this. They are just hoping that if they ignore us long enough we'll go away.

Woeful. Absolutely woeful.

Couldn't be happier with the furniture we bought and also the sales and after-sales service.
We had a slight issue with some latches on a buffet and Domayne handled it professionally and promptly. Compared with Nick Scali (whose after-sales service was very poor), we would always recommend Domayne.

Paid $4000 for a lounge (which in my opinion is very expensive!) within that cost I paid $300for scotch guard. Lounge was delivered and I was then handed a box for the scotch guarding. I said to the guy “I thought it came with scotch guard treatment included? ” He said it did but that the box was for future treatment after the first year.

Well a few weeks later I dropped a tiny bit of tomato on the lounge and I cleaned it up immediately. And guess what? It stained the $4000 lounge. So, it hasn’t actually been scotch guarded. I paid $300 for a box to treat the lounge.

Very very very upset at domayne. Would NOT recommend. They ripped me off big time!

UPDATE: so I received an email from Domayne (after they read the above review) applogising that the delivery people gave me the incorrect information. But it wasn’t the delivery people but Paul Scrivens who sold me the lounge who gave me the wrong info.

I asked for my $300 back from Domayne for the scotch guard months ago, yet still haven’t received a response.

We have had such a great experience at Domayne Fortitude Valley. Firstly with Kirsty in Bedding. So knowledgeable. She helped us find a beautiful comfortable bed and beautiful bedding. Kirsty made everything so easy and gave us great advice. So happy with our bed and beautiful manchester from Domayne top quality.

We needed new dining lounge furniture and Sam the furniture manager was fantastic. He helped us too in our choice of the dining setting lounges and they are just perfect! We couldn't be happier. Both Sam and Kirsty gave us updates on delivery and did everything they could to ensure our customer satisfaction.

Would highly recommend Domayne Fortitude Valley store.

Terrible service! Rude and totally complacent with our order (Main contact Travis). We are still waiting on delivery of our outdoor table setting months after the promised delivery date ("I promise you will have you table before Christmas" - Store manager).

When we call the store to ask for information we were told "You are not our customer" & "We are doing you a favor by checking on your order". After complaining about the service we were threatened with having our order canceled, being told "We will have no problems selling this to another customer".

I suggest steering well clear of Doymane! If you do make a purchase from them, take all that is promised as false. Also do not complain as they could cancel your order for making a fuss.

I called this store for the price on a product and they tried to charge me $100 more than the Domayne store in Maroochydoore. $899 from Maroochydoore with $80 delivery to Brisbane, $999 from Fortitude Valley with $85 delivery to Brisbane. I would recommend calling around to other stores if you find something you like.

Was so pleased with this stores service. Served by Paul, i had a bad experience with the store in Bundall. Terrible customer service and i left, and purchased from this store and even paid extra for the lounge for the delivery, i don't care though at least they treated me nicely! Thank you

Terrible - still haven't received goods. Ordered an outdoor furniture set in early October due for delivery at the end of October (at the time of ordering). Delivery has been delayed repeatedly and now as at mid January the next estimated delivery time will be February (however likely that may be!).

Domayne is blaming the supplier of the goods, so I would strongly suggest discontinuing with this supplier as from what we have been told, they keep sending ships to Australia and not one of them has docked in 3 months!

Due to the fact that Christmas was spent on camping/makeshift chairs Domayne is still refusing to provide any discount to the full advertised price of the furniture (other than free delivery and assembly that was already agreed upon at the time of purchase). Apparently (according to the outdoor salesman), they would rather cancel the order than discount as they would lose money. Who knew such as large Australian company was selling their goods at cost price and not making a profit!

Customer service has been extremely poor throughout the transaction, the first two months it was soley our responsibility to call the store and keep following up on the order. Everytime you call you get someone at a computer screen telling you it's coming in next week (always next week!). From experience you need to push further and don't take this on face value, as when you push to speak to someone else, they give more detail on the time frame (which turns out to be four weeks not next week until you are likely to receive your goods).

I understand that global logistic networks have been effected in the last six months but I still feel it is highly unreasonable that it takes four months to receive furniture, that at the time of purchasing was advised was due for shipment in the next few weeks. Additionally, if Domayne has such a poor supplier network, they should be compensating customers for the poor service they are providing.
