Doctors @ Logan Central (formerly Mediprac Logan)

Very punctual had a 12: 40pm appointment and was in seeing the doc within 10mins. Very straight forward easy to communicate with. Will be my regular from now on.

I saw Dr Suranji Gallage a few days ago. It was one of my worse experiences at a GP. I hurt my quad playing football and I visited her for the first time to see how bad it was hoping she’d do a scan and advise me what I need to do.

She only asked a couple of discovery questions i.e. Where does it hurt, how did you hurt it, how far can you lift your leg etc and her only advise for me was take Voltaren 50mg (painkiller for the inflammation). She said “it’ll be fine in a couple of weeks”. She didn’t even touch the area of my injury to figure out exactly what was wrong. I was astonished at her lack of care not only as a doctor but as a human.

I asked her to give me a referral for an ultra sound to be sure exactly what was wrong with my leg so I know what to do to recover and figure out a recovery plan. She advised “you don’t need a scan but if you want I can give you one”.

My appointment lasted a total of 4-5 mins max. Three words that sum up her poor service/treatment are: incompetent, superficial and careless. It’s GPs like Dr Suranji that give GPs a bad name across the board.

I got my scan done and turns out I tore a few muscles in my quad. I decided to visit another doctor at another clinic who gave me a step by step action plan to follow for the next 4-6 weeks to gain full recovery.

I must say the Reception at Logan Central Doctors was thorough. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Dr Suranji. In my experience she is an incompetent doctor who should not be treating patients.

I have been going to this clinic for years now, thier all very professional & very good at what they do from the lovely receptionists that are always so friendly & nice to me to the wonderful nurse there who is very good at what she does also & loves dogs to the really good doctors such as doctor latiff & doctor priar, great little clinic.

First time at this this doctors.
Firstly the receptionist was absolutely amazing. Run off her feet but really helpful. Sorry I can't remember her name.
But thankyou very much.
The doctor that my son and I saw was very thorough and gave me a pain killer that absolutely worked and I have only had one dose and no pain.
Definitely would recommend this surgery.

Dr Priya is hands down the best doctor in town. No matter where we move we come to see her because we've tried several doctors and none compare to how thorough and friendly she is. This place only gets 5 stars because of her otherwise it'll be 1 star to be honest.

This review is about Doctor Suramji Gallege. I made a post partum appointment with her to get myself checked. Without any eye contact, she performed a brief check-up and advised me some antibiotics. After finishing my first dose of AB's, I visited her again to seek further advise. As always, no eye contact again and she let me out of her room with another prescription in 3 minutes. During the appointment she didn't answer any of my questions and told me that the pains in ur body are purely psychological.
Within 24 hrs of that appointment, my body went into septic shock and I ended up in ICU for two nights. My body temperature jumped to nearly 41 Degrees and my heart was about to give up when my partner took me to Emergency. Thanks to the doctors at Logan Hospital, I managed to somewhat recover in a week but every Doctor I have spoken to in that period was shocked to hear Her unprofessional approach towards me.
Dear Readers please, whenever you go to Doctors at Logan Central make sure you DON'T See that one particular Doctor, there are plenty of good ones there too. If you don't want your nears and dears in the same spot as me, please don't ever seek her useless advice.
Hope this review would save the you guys from the Trauma that me and my family been through.

I am new to Brisbane and I found a place where I can get bulk billed. Nice and close to me. Unfortunately, I had to wait a little while for my turn to see the doctor. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the doctor was great. I had all my questions answered. Would recommend as the office catered for the workers by having late appointments.

First time visit and the reception staff was the most helpful and loveliest I've ever had! Not much of a wait either and got a same-day appt.

Rang up the place to get a medical check so I could compete in a combat sports event basically shunned away over phone as I'm from new zealand and they don't have any medical history of me was told that doctor isn't happy to check over me for this reason.just ridiculous have booked in with another doctor straight away just seems lazy to me and promoter of event even stated there should be no reason why this can't happen and just said they were too lazy to get the job done disappointed.

Professional and friendly reception staff and great drs. Nice and clean premises with new carpet and painting.

This practice has been the best practice I have come across in my 8 years of living in Australia. Dr Priya Raguraman genuinely cares for her patients and is always so attentative. Also Gayle on the front desk is an absolute gem. Couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Very friendly staffs, Gail is a natural with the customers. Dr Prya seems very knowledgeable and concerns about my issues.

Went in for a possible scaphoid fracture on left wrist. Told doctor what occurred. I was told to "have the Xray and go home. "

Now I know for a fact that the scaphoid when broken doesn't always show up in an Xray for up to 14 days after the incident. With breaking this bone a few times in the past, fracture clinic's and doctors have told me that if you don't take the appropriate precautions of the scapboid on set the thumb quickly, you can actually cause further harm to the patient.

I even rung the clinic and spoke with Sharon about it but it would seem that the clinic doesn't really care about the patients care.
I advised that I would see a new doctor and was told "You will just have to go through the same process again. "
Yes maybe I do need to go through this again but at least I know I will get the care.

Doctors and Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Surgery is open over the week end which was very great.

I’ve been a patient since beforehand they were called Mediprac. The doctors are awesome very friendly & receptionist delightful. Love the new paint for 2020 its made the rooms look very refreshing & bright so glad for the revamp

It’s terrible service. Even if you book an appointment you still wait hours to be seen. Some of the receptionist are extremely rude

I was unfortunate, I had the most worst Doctor, Suranji. She was ridiculously rude, spiteful, malevolent, hostile, bitter, venomous, offensively impolite, shows discrimination against people.

DO NOT SEE DR SHARMA! He is by far the most horrible, unprofessional practitioner I have encounted and I deal with Doctors daily. He is a vile human being that should NOT be allowed to work in the industry.

Dr. Priya is good.
But there is always long waiting even you make a booking. Disappointed

Disgraceful. Have put up with poor doctors and service just for the convenience of being nearby. Today I'm on time for my appointment but people with later appointments are getting in first just because they arrived early. Just not on, some people when they're sick just cannot come extra early and sit around in a waiting room, isn't that what appointment making is for.
