Doctor I saw was so rude refused to give me medication I have been talking since I was 7 years old I cannot not take this medication. The rudest person I have ever met.

Brilliant service, great Doctors. If you are looking for a new medical practitioner I suggest give them a call.

Very friendly staff. Abit of extra wait but i guess thats everywhere now due to flu season they are all busy

Very unprofessional.
I had a referral to a specialist, but they said they were waiting for Dr Latif to send info.
I had to book an appointment a month later, and Dr Latif actually told me "you have to wait".
I had to insist that he needed to provide some information to the specialist, only then did he actually look up the documents, and arrange the required tests.

Dr Latif is the worst Dr I have ever been to. He doesn’t actually listen to your needs and he doesn’t complete referrals properly. I went back to him multiple times over 3 months with a respiratory infection and he kept telling me it was just my asthma, even though I have had asthma for 34 years and know what asthma feels like. This is only one example of the multiple bad experiences I have had with him. If he’s not happy in his job, maybe find a new career?

I'm not happy that the receptionist charge $2 for a face mask they should at least tell u on the phone before u arrive

Treatment was accordingly.

All ways a signifying professional experience. Phone appointment and Prescriptions done I a couple of hours over the phone.

The wait doesn't take long at all, my Dr makes sure my health is 100% prescriptions are updated and also very kind to all.

Called asking if the surgery was accepting new patients as I have recently moved and found the response to my call was a yes by a pleasant receptionist who was informative on questions I had also what was required for a consult, (bulk billed), it was pretty easy, a form to fill out provided by SMS along with the confirmation of the booking I had made for next day. My visit was good so were the vibes, the wait was under an hour after I was 10 min late, the doctor I saw was explanatory and switched on, a relief in its self.

Great practice. The reception staff are the best - always friendly & helpful. I wish they worked at every shop or food place I go to. Efficient & personal service with a smile. The nurses I've dealt with are good although they seem to change often. My family have pretty much seen all the doctors & I have no complaints at all. We won't be changing practices.

I was seen by Dr. Latif. He seemed rather inconvenienced/annoyed by me, though I'm not sure what I ever did to him since I've never been to this practice before.

I tried to explain the pain I was experiencing and not knowing any obvious causes for it, but I think he misunderstood based on his attitude/response. He wouldn't tell me what the cause of the pain might be until he got my X-ray, which was fair enough. When I did return later that day with the X-ray, basically, he gave me the diagnosis and said bad luck and that was it. No explanation of how to manage the pain or anything helpful that I could put to practice.

Being medically qualified as a doctor doesn't mean that a person is called to be a doctor. This was MY personal experience with Dr. Latif, your mileage may vary.

I was bitten by a dog and needed a tetanus shot. Dr Mo didn't seem interested and assumed I was only there for a work medical certificate. He then prescribed me with antibiotics and was trying to usher me outside of the room, until I stopped him and reminded him about the tetanus shot. He responded "Oh, yeah. I'll go get it". I've given a 4 star because it was the day after a public holiday and they squeezed me in last minute.

I went there on Monday with my daughter’s hand bleeding from a knife cut and they returned me excusing that their nurse is busy, my 15-20 minutes waisted by going there which in a medical situation is very critical.
They should understand what was their duty of care.
Very disappointed with their unprofessional and inhumane attitude

I give doctor Priya 5 stars.
But dr suranji is very rude and now I realise why she always has appointments available. She’s not through and makes patients upset: (
They would also benefit from a larger waiting room and a bit of a clean.

I highly recommend Dr. Priya. Seeing her itself resolves 50% of my problems. Dr. Suranji is also one of the GP's I trust and been always understanding.

Highly recommended Dr Priya, very professional. Reception staff, you guys are awesome. Great service, great practice.

Dr Priya has been my GP for a few years now and she is absolutely amazing! Very thorough, precise and genuinely cares.
The receptionists are lovely and friendly.
I’ve seen some other Drs at the clinic in Dr Priya’s absence but I was disappointed as I felt they didn’t want to hear my concerns and was rushed out the door.

I am a new patient the 2 ladies on the front desk short Grey hair and the brunette are very very professional and very good at their job I do think try and find a Dr here that suits your requirements it may take 2 or 3 visits
