Doctors @ Browns Plains

When you go to the doctor to get a referral and are asked to find your own specialist there is something not right. Considering the reason for the referral, it is completely not okay to be asking the patient to be burdened with this task.
Book a long appointment as is required and am sent away in under 3 minutes.
Definitely not happy.

I can't fault this clinic yet. Amazing staff and Dr Meena is the best. My husband and I love seeing her and we bring our children to her also. The nurses are lovely And so attentive and caring. Patients and reception are always polite and friendly. Plenty of parking. Very little wait time.

Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor were all very warm, helpful and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Great doctors and friendly staff. They actually listen and genuinely care for their patients which is not something I have found with any other doctors in the area. Very welcoming, patient and excellent with my 2 young children

Reception was great. The doctor didn't really seem to care about the pain I was in, gave medical certificate and told me to keep up with Panadol and neurophen n to rest, I'm in pain I don't go to the Drs often but when I do it's because I'm sick or in pain.

Worst experience ever. I was being told that my appointment was 2 pm reached there before time without letting me know moved my appointment to 2: 30 pm, have to wait for more than 45 minutes to get vaccination. Asked twice for my turn and was being told that i am next in the queue.

Very Professional and listen to you. Dr didn't rush and paid full attention to me during appointment. Easy to book appointment.

Great practice with really good Doctors and fabulous staff. Have been going to this practice for 10+ years. Highly recommended.

Kind, considerate, and compassionate staff from the moment you arrive. This practice runs on time and is knowledgeable. Dr Meena and the nurse she works alongside are fabulous with children and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I change over to this practice after taking my daughter in when our normal practice said they couldn't see her. Dr Meena and her nurse took us straight in and gave her a diagnosis straight away. I was so use to doctors running over 45mins late from my last practice that it still shocks me that I can be in and out within 15-20mins with NO wait time and a proper diagnosis the first time. She will also schedule a revisit to check on progress if needed.
This was a change I am truly glad I made

2nd time we have visited the Doctors @ Brown Plains with both my grandson's.

As we walked in the door we was warmly greeted by the Receptionist Mas and the Nurse Jordan both very lovely ladies.

Then we were taken down to the treatment room by the Nurse Jordan, my 2 grandson's were checked over.weight/height and medical history.the Nurse was very fast and easy to talk too.

Then taken in to the Dr Bala, he is a awesome Dr who checks the kids over carefully and thoroughly.

Thank you to Dr Bala and the staff who we seen on our visits, we will be back again.
5 for both our visits.

I've been going here to the drs for 10 or more years when they first opened the staff have changed hands but the drs haven't all the staff and the ones that have left are amazing. Some time very busy but in the end worth the wait thanks again

I’m new to the area so doing the dreaded “find a new dr”. As this was local I thought I’d give it a go. Have to say, the Dr was excellent. Asked lots of questions, and actually seemed to care. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out, like so many other bulk billing surgeries. Have a great surgical area too, and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Think I’ve found my new regular drs!

Pleasant greeting by reception staff. Wait was not long. Doctor was attentive and did not rush. Will definitely return to Dr Meena as my preferred female GP especially heading into the over 50s female category.

I just visited Browns Plains Doctors for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff who were very obliging and efficient in getting me to their premises, then getting me seen to very quickly.

Shoutout to the nurse/admin behind the desk who was so super caring and assisting after i injured myself at work today.

Best experience receptionist is beautiful has amazing bedside manner. Dr. Was extremely prompt. My appointment was on time which is so rare. Couldn't fault the experience thank you ️

Long waiting times, and Doctor Resti not the right doctor for me, I came for X-Ray and Ultrasound results for a pain in my wrest and guess what! Telling me that He can’t see anything and I shouldn’t worry about it and wanted to rush me out of the room for next patient! No advise given no reason for pain and medication!

Never gonna comeback here! Not smart enough doctors!

Helpful and thoroughly caring doctors willing to take the time to listen to patient needs. The practice nursing staff are approachable and a pleasure to deal with while the and front desk reception are courteous and supportive with re making appointments etc.
