Doctors @ Browns Plains

Even tho they were fully booked out they still did everything they could to help sort workcover issue. And were so nice on the phone. Which I can't say for some of the other places I had rang that morning.
So thank you for treating me like a person instead of a problem can not thank them enough

Dr Meena is a very passionate doctor. She is caring and kind. My two children and myself are seeing Dr Meena. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I love drs @ browns plains.

Parking and accessibility was easy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Doctor was engaged and listening.

Amazing with kids. So grateful for the whole team. Made the experience of getting vaccinations for my toddler easy!

All the admin, nurses and doctors are lovely here! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and I left feeling heard and cared for. I was driving up to 40 minutes from home to find a good doctor, I’m so glad I found this practice that’s only 10 minutes away and amazing as well!

Was very efficient and quick. Was able to make a return appointment easily as well. Good local doctor!

This doctor has the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered at a GP I had accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong day and when I arrived she happily assisted getting my son another appointment on the day I needed, doctor was lovely also and very thorough

Took a while for my call to be answered but staff was very helpful once call answered. Also had the option of face to face or a call consult. Very helpful when you have young kids that are unwell.

From a super friendly service at reception and Doctors follow up appointment, I will be sure to have my little family attend Doctors at Browns Plains Medical Centre in the future. Definitely delivered wonderful support and I won’t be going anywhere else.

I have seen Dr Eswaran the last few visits, and now I won’t see anyone else! What an amazing, genuine and caring doctor! I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for a new GP Dr Eswaran is your lady:) She is patient, thorough and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. Thank you for being you Dr Eswaran, I hope you see this review and get the acknowledgment you deserve. You are most definitely a credit to this clinic!

I've been going here to the drs for 10 or more years when they first opened the staff have changed hands but the drs haven't all the staff and the ones that have left are amazing. Some time very busy but in the end worth the wait thanks again

Very nice Doctors, had skin check very thorough by Doctor and not long wait
times. Nurses make you feel like Family. Thank you Dr Eswaran.

Doctor was very through and went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back when my normal doctor isn’t available

Doctor and Nurse were great really friendly and helpful - pity I had to wait 45 mins for my appointment as the doctor had no idea I was there even though I checked in with reception.

Got me and out as quickly as there could and could not wait to take my money after I told tham I've been sick for over a week did not do any tests or nothing. Will never be back. We see what a real doctor says tomorrow.

Reception staff great but it seems to stops there. Doctor Chundru in my opinion is acting unethically NOT putting his PATIENTS first. He's more concerned about his medical license than doing what doctors should be doing, look after PATIENTS interest and well-being first! This surgery like many others have folded, lost the ability put PATIENTS first. Just found out while booking my next appointment over the phone, I've been banned months ago, without any formal letters in the mail for challenging the status quo. I was reluctantly going to go back, well this made it easy. I'll sift some more, see if we can find a Dr that will stand for their PATIENTS! Sorry Dr Chundra, you failed in my eyes, but I wish you well.

I and the family have attended the Doctors at Browns Plains surgery for +10 years. Doctor Resti in particular has provided a superb service along with the nursing staff. The standout for me is that the practice aims to be ahead of any possible serious conditions developing with reminders sent out for immunisations and due checks.can I suggest readers undertake skin checks as recent BCC surgery has reinforced the need to be on top of skin cancers developing.

Relocated from SA to QLD recently and was in search for a highly rated professional GP to entrust in the Browns Plains area.
Staff and doctors were extremely welcoming, while showing professional conduct and willingness to listen and aid in the transition.

I was very impressed with the politeness and efficiency of the staff at Doctors @ Browns Plains. I am only in the area temporarily for a study course and needed to see a doctor. They were able to book me an appointment the same day for which I am very grateful. The doctor was wonderful the way he got the details he required and set out a clear treatment schedule. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. *****

Didn't feel particularly listened to or reassured. Nothing was explained to me and I had to ask for follow up checks like blood test etc for peace of mind.
