This absolute legend named Theo called me not long after I put out my review to hear about my experience. This was literally the best customer service I have ever encountered! He was asking about the minor details and was providing multiple different solutions to the problems and issues I had. He understood that desky is a premium product and therefore provided a premium service. Ultimately, I was being well looked after despite the experience that I first encountered. 10/10 would 100% buy from Desky again in future if need be!

Overall Great! But, one thing that got me quite annoyed was that there was a mini hole in my desk - which they did give $50 off for getting one of the cable trays with 2 PowerPoints - and that the tray provided was the only size they had for desk size of 2700mm which was annoying. Overall its certainly a great desk and was stoked they are able to make a custom top but pretty wild that I payed almost $1500 for a desk that is still yet to be perfect …

Overall it is a premium product, quite rigid when at max height and provides great width options when it comes to different table tops. The motors are surprisingly quiet unlike other manufactures and the speed is relatively fast. I personally opted for the cable management, it perfectly organised all the cables with no hassle.

Please note if you’re building this on carpet there is a minor drawback. Due to the products automatic safety features any movement while the desk is adjusting in height will trigger the safety mechanism and refuse to lift any higher until further buttons are pressed.
