Really happy with the new setup. Everting has quality feel to it and customer service has been great.

Was very happy with a laptop stand I purchased from Desky, but what impressed me more was how this company handled a recent hiccup with a courier company they used. The first delivery never made it to me (couriers fault), so I contacted Desky to find a resolution. I can say they handled it calmly and professionally, but I would also say they went above and beyond in sending out another package again to me immediately, which I just received. This company operates from the heart and with integrity, their staff are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful- which counts for alot these days. I will absolutely be using them again.

Terrible product delivery and customer service. They sent a faulty lockable drawer over 2 months ago and refuse to pick it up. They also refuse any alternative to return this product to receive a refund or credit. Would not recommend Desky at all

Desky has been a great product so far!
The desk looks amazing. I love the additional extras such as RGB light strip, sliding CPU mount and cable storage.

Have made two orders with Desky and both were delivered quickly, and the products have been good quality and performed as described. A great option for a sit-stand desk frame that you can combine with your own desk top, and love that they are telescoping so you can change the width as needed.

I recently purchased a dual monitor arm from Desky and it such great quality that I've chosen to go with them again for a desk chair. Currently waiting for it to arrive as I only ordered yesterday but based on the demo video and the large amount of positive reviews I have no doubt it will be great. The monitor arm is as easy to put up as the video tutorial on its page shows suggests. The only thing I need to do is get a longer cable to feed down through the arm and to my computer (I currently have 1m cable and have ordered a 2m cable to allow full range of movement) Will update once chair (and a second monitor I've ordered elsewhere) arrives!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with DESKY for their abysmal handling of my recent desk purchase. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal with others.

Upon delivery, I received a desk worth $2,000 that was damaged. Despite this setback, I had no choice but to assemble the desk because I needed it for work while waiting for a replacement. This resulted in wasted time and effort on my part, trying to make the best of a faulty product.

When the replacement desk finally arrived, I had to go through the tedious process of dismantling the damaged desk and assembling the new one. The inconvenience and physical strain caused by this repetitive task were unimaginable.

To make matters worse, the company now refuses to pick up the damaged desk, claiming that I need to print a prepaid label. It is astonishing that in this day and age, they expect every customer to have a printer at home. Their lack of flexibility and understanding is both disappointing and infuriating.

I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, only to be met with apathy and indifference. It seems that once they have made the sale, they are unwilling to assist further. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening and speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and service.

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from DESKY to proceed with caution. Their negligence, poor quality control, and utter lack of customer support have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I regret ever choosing this company and will actively discourage others from making the same mistake.

In conclusion, my experience with DESKY has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their damaged desk, coupled with their unhelpful customer service and refusal to resolve the issue, has left me with a significant financial loss and a sense of regret. Save yourself the trouble and choose a company that values their customers and takes responsibility for their mistakes.

I absolutely love Desky products! I got the Dual Ergo Edge Sit Stand desk, and it was exactly what I needed. The size was perfect, it looked great, and it has changed the way I work. The only slight hiccup was the set up; following the instructions were a little bit tricky but it was not too bad since there is an instructional video that makes the process a lot easier (unfortunately, realised this after setting up). Their delivery was also very efficient and delivered with great care and ease. Highly recommend Desky.

I’ve used the Desky Heavy Duty Single Monitor Arm with a 43” monitor. Even with the weight at 13kg, the arm does an amazing job at allowing me to easily move my screen around. I had to purchase a 200x200 VESA adapter to allow me to mount my screen. But that was a quick and easy process too. Defenitly recommend this monitor arm, especially at this price point too.

The best chair I've ever had, it's so comfortable and easy to adjust! I'd recommend this chair to anyone that's working from home, looking for a good chair to save there back from aching.

Great overall experience! My desky draw is perfect for storing my stationery so it is out of sight neat and tidy. The draw is so smooth and was so easy to install.

Love love love my desky set up! Was easy to put together and so good for my back and neck! My doggos love the floor mat so sometimes I have to battle for my workstation

I just got the Sit-stand legs to attach to my own desktop.
Delivery was quick, everything worked great and super easy to put together because of the modular/adjustable frame.

Bought the Desky Dual Mini desk and the Motion Stool and couldn’t be happier with the products.

Desk is super sturdy and easy to use across a large range of heights. And the product was super easy to set up with the video instructionals.

And the stool has been surprisingly comfortable so far and great for my posture.

Great product with high quality build. Not wobbly at all like the other brands and you can use your own top. Very easy instructions. Will buy more if the need arises

Good finish on product - parts were good quality, relatively easy to put together. Some bits that could have been a little better (pre-drilled screw holes for controller). Have no regrets and money well spent.

I love the desk although i have a problem in installation but my hubby able to sort out. I just wish that the cable management cable has more deeper space as in right now all my cable won't fit to the compartment

The speed of the stand up desk is great and having 3 memory settings is so useful. Definitely a quality product. Assembling was easy and only took a couple hours which is standard, and the instructions were easy to follow.
