Dr. Mike was very gentle and I don’t normally enjoy going to the dentist but he made my visit very pleasant.

We are so glad that Dr Jabbour was recommended to us by both our retiring dentist and our periodontist. Although I am usually an anxious dental patient, he and his skilful assistant soon put me completely at ease. He is such a thorough and competent dentist. I was amazed to feel no pain at all throughout the whole treatment. He patiently explained what he was doing at each step. He also went out of his way to accommodate our time frames. We both highly recommend Dr Jabbour.

I’ve been going here for years and they aways make me feel very comfortable. All the staff and doctors are really nice and understanding:)

There are not too many services that I would not hesitate to give 5 stars. Define Dental is one of them. Friendly service with an expert knowledge of dentistry. They are always communicative of the current status of the health of your teeth. Excellent at getting customers to also spend the time to make sure we do our bit to keep our teeth clean and healthy.

A great experience with Dr Michael and the staff at Define dental. Had everything explained to me before work commenced. The staff are very caring and ensure you are comfortable throughout treatment. Overall a super dental practice.

Very disappointing experience for me. Came for a check up and clean. Dr Bootes treated me who I found a little rough with the cleaning. At one point he slipped with the equipment which hurt a bit. He didn’t seem to care. He recommended that I need two fillings replaced as there was decay. I went to another dentist to get the fillings repaired who was way more pleasant and couldn’t find any evidence of decay and gave me the all clear until the next check up.

Got a tooth pulled and everyone was great, felt very well looked after and I nice follow up call a few days later to make sure I was all good.will be making this my new dental place from now on

I’ve been going to Les for about 20yrs and his attention to detail and the comprehensive approach he takes with regard to your dental health is second to none. He will always do a meticulous job and ensure you are informed as to what’s best for your teeth and is great at explaining the procedures and options open to you alongside his advice.

A great team of staff as-well, from the front desk to dental technicians who are all super professional, nice and helpful.

I had a lot of heavy duty work that needed doing and I had been putting it off because I was expecting a painful and distressing experience.

Now getting dental work done is unlikely to ever be pleasant, but I was absolutely stunned by how minimal the discomfort was. It was the most painless experience possible considering the extent of work I needed.

Additionally my dentist Les was very clear on what needed to be done and why. As long as I'm local this will be my dentist.
