I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years now. I am currently under Dr Bootes and I could not recommend him highly enough!

Love the team at Define Dental and seeing how the practice keeps evolving. Dr May is great and always explains the treatment and why it is necessary.

An excellent experience yet again at Define Dental today. Had some minor restoration work to rebuilds from many years ago. Les and Emma did a fabulous repair and everything is good.

Define Dental is by far the best dentist on the Gold Coast! I have been a patient there for over 15 years now and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with mine or my families teeth. Dr Les is incredibly professional and kind, taking the time to explain and provide all the different option plans, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. Heidi is our main point of contact and she makes every visit easy, seamless and enjoyable - she’s an absolute star! Thank you for the amazing service.

I have only ever had positive experiences at Define Dental. Dr May is very patient and understanding with my dental anxiety. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the newly renovated rooms make for a pleasant experience. The extended hours and ability to make weekend appointments makes it so much easier to book as I work full time Mon-Fri. I highly recommend Define Dental to anyone hesitant to make a dentist appointment.

Very happy with my whole experience at Define Dental. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome every time you visit there.

Emma is the main dental assistant through out my treatment plan and she really made the experience fun and enjoyable while maintaining very professional.
Dr Jabbour is one of the best dentist I have ever been too. He knows how to speak in general terms and it's very easy to understand. I'm so happy with the result and as you can see from the before and after photo it turned out great.

Dr. Bootes was remarkable. I received a filling, which was performed quickly and effectively. Dr. Bootes was very reassuring and made my entire dental experience very relaxing. I had a very early appointment, but Define Dental was extremely accommodating, and the entire dental appointment went without a hitch.

Define dental has been our family’s dentist for over twenty years. Care, attention to detail, appraisal, and action as needed, not, let’s do it, even though not necessary at that time. A lot of respect for Dr Les. Caring, and informative.

Have been going consistently for dental work and checkups for as long as I can remember. Other dentists I have visited prior have not been as thorough and observing in comparison. The staff are always charismatic and attentive to your needs and it is their pleasure to give advice on whatever concerns you may have.

This is a really terrific dental practice. I've always avoided the dentist & I don't have great teeth. This practice is so professional & all the staff are lovely. Before I knew it, I was attending the dentist on a regular basis & there was no point trying to avoid them because they have some great procedures in place that keep you regular with your check-ups. In particular by dentist, Dr Michael Boote is amazing. I had 2 filings done today, with NO pain. That was a new experience for me. I now feel totally relaxed about going to the dentist and I realize how important our dental health is. Give them a try.

So happy with my overall experience being a patient at Define Dental for the last couple of years. Reception and nursing staff are always helpful and friendly, even offering a hand to hold when I was anxious during an extraction. Dr May is welcoming and professional. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and explains everything clearly and thoroughly:)
