DC electrical have been prompt, professional and amazing to deal with from their office through to technician. Highly recommended!

Strongly recommend everyone checking work and getting a second opinion. Work by DC was lazy and incomplete. Follow up quote was 40-50% higher than 2 other local companies, who identified poor (unsafe) practices with DC tecnician. Resolution process was non existent. If you own an investment property.beware.

This morning a very pleasant young man arrived on time and installed a ceiling fan with a light in our bedroom.
We were surprised at how he made it look so easy climbing up and downstairs removing the old inefficient fan that was already here when we took the unit over almost seven years ago. The fan was not able to be used as the previous owner of the units refused to fix it.
Now we will no longer swelter with a stand alone movable fan we purchased but a modern efficient fan that is pleasing to the eye.
Many thanks to DC Electrical and their employee we are rapt.

Stipulated they were not to enter property without my being there however workman came in to property whilst no one home and when I spoke with receptionist was told oh he must not have seen note. Extremely unprofessional and not acceptable.

Dan and the team are really professional and get the job done efficiently - he explains everything and cleans up any rubbish before they go. Have repaired the Tv signal and replaced a stove for us. Reliable and friendly. Thanks.

Very disappointed with the service I have received from DC electrical. I have engaged DC electrical twice for minor household electrical work.
1st instance the electrician did not turn up when promised.
2nd instance the requested light model indicated on the quote was not installed

Big THUMBS UP! For the three guys from DC Electrical who spent three days working hard to sort out this old lot of units. Dan K, Nick P, and Bill D are polite, friendly and industrious workers who are a credit to their employer. I am confident that due to their dilligence my home is dramatically a lot safer than it previously was. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!

They left my house in a complete mess after a job. “It’s not your house, you just rent it” I was told. I am elderly and it took me 2hrs to clean up the mess myself. I will not be letting them in next time, no human should be treated In such a way.

Being a pension I thought a simple request to change 2 lights at my rental property would not be an issue of sorts. Expecting a small fee I asked the young man Daniel if this would be at all possible considering my age and all. I supplied the light globes which were installed when to my surprise and total shock was asked to pay $350. No idea what to do being stood over by this young man I payed the money to my total regret.
When will these thugs learn not to take advantage of the elderly.

The young man that drives 795 WWM almost caused three accidents on the ICB, terrible advertisement for your business but more importantly a terrible risk for the rest of the public.

These guys really know their stuff! I've been a property manager for over 10 years and have never worked with such a reliable, responsible and fairly priced as DC Electrical. Aaron and Marco really know their stuff and have their team go above and beyond to look after their clients.

Awesome service from admin to electrician, very punctual, got the job done quickly and cleaned up.
