Just had a brand new air conditioner installed by DC today due to our existing one failing. Right from the booking and choosing the suitable unit through (Tegan) to the actual day of install, gave us heaps of confidence we had the right people on the job, a very professional team.
The installers turned up right on time (Raz and Addison) and were nothing short of amazing. Polite, professional and attention to detail in the finish - checking how we wanted the install to go and look and they made it all happen in just two hours. They left us a very well finished unit, no mess and all for a great price.

We highly recommend AIR DC. They guys did an outstanding job of replacing all our aircon ducting, ceiling outlets etc, cleaned everything after removing the existing ducting and took everything away, even cleaned down our driveway.
Don't know how they reached the ceiling in atrium to replace ceiling outlet, but they did.
A special thank you to James, Edward and the team.
They all worked so well together and were very helpful and polite.

James in particular was very helpful with info on using the aircon system.

Will definitely be using them in future for yearly maintenance etc.

Air DC / DC Electrical have installed my ducted AC. The team is very responsive and communicates clearly which is unusual nowadays given my experience with other AC companies. Quotes provided are detailed and clear. The work was done as promised and I appreciated that Air DC went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and answer any questions I had. I would recommend using them for any AC work.

Technicians came at the wrong time, was not happy about about having to come back, and left a huge mess for me to clean up.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE!

I had Glen and Phil from DC Electrical come out as I had a fault and needed it fixed same day. They found out it was the fridge tripping the switch. They also replaced a PowerPoint for me.

The response time was amazing and they were very professional.

Absolutely unprofessional technicians I’ve ever come across. Made a booking for 11 am but they decided to come into my house at 7 am without my permission or at the very least giving me a call to ask if they could come earlier. I am guessing the two technicians that attended weren’t happy that they had to come back during the allocated timeframe that they were meant to come at originally and decided to unplug my hot water system. Bearing in mind there was no need for them to unplug it because it had nothing to do with the air-conditioner unit. And even better is that we have camera footage of them unplugging it so they can’t deny it. Very unprofessional I will never ever use this company nor will I ever recommend them to any Real Estate considering I am a property manager myself this is disgusting and inappropriate behaviour Which I would hate for my own tenants to experience.

D C Electrical were called to fix my outside lights. I have never been more surprised when they arrived on time every time I have a busy schedule and they accommodated my time requests and each time they visited arrived on time, were polite friendly and professional. And they got the job done perfectly. I will definitely be recommending them.

Shifted into my new apartment and there was no power. Dc had been booked to come and fix the fault at the property on the Friday it was Wednesday. Gave them a call at 5pm on Wednesday afternoon to see if i could maybe get them to come on Thursday instead. They changed my appointment straight away and sent Rhys around after he had just finished another job. He arrived at 7pm and explained what the issue was and within 5 minutes i had power. Cant thank the team enough, Fantastic service and super customer service skills to boot.

I have been managing residential buildings for nearly 20 years, used many electrical companies over the years and these guys are the best. They always go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. Best part, their pricing is very competitive.

I had a professional young electrician by the name of Jesse come to my home in Westlake this morning and was a pleasure to deal with. He was intent on listening to the problems and strategically executed what he could and ordered the parts required for the rest. A true asset to the team! We hope to see him again when the parts arrive!

Even though I didn't use their services. They trouble shot with me on the phone. I would definitely call them again and hopefully use them. So helpful.

3 times a technician has been sent out and messed the install up, left damages and left mess everywhere.
I’ve worn the cost of the mistakes and I’ve still got there office chasing me up money I do not owe.
Extremely unprofessional.

They were slightly more expensive than our other quote, but worth it as the job went without any problems

Very poor experience from D C Electrical team. They did not bother to even send quote and send me huge surprise bill to change couple of lights. Very unethical to be honest. Stay away!
