26 Used to go here for two years, till we realised that every appointment the doc would be 20-40mins late without fail. Complain to the receptionist and it falls on deaf ears. They’re used to it. Consistently late means their procedures need to change or they just don’t care.
Started going to Bismark and it’s night and day. They are almost always on time or within a 5min window. So it’s definitely possible to be on time.
The receptionists were nice but the doctors were terribly rude, unfriendly and obviously would rather be anywhere else but working there. They had little to no knowledge of the long term care of chronic disease and pain management and any so called holistic patient care was totally non existent. I would rather immerse myself in boiling water than go back there again! Completely unprofessional! Wish I could give negative stars.
Was hoping to find regular doctor here. Doc didnt show up. Receptionist said they are not able to contact doc. Reception changed doctor without asking. Yes these thing can happen but they should have inform me before swapping to other doctor! Was awkward.new doc didn't know what was happening neither am I. Very unprofessional

Daisy Hill Surgery has been my family GP Clinic since the 1970s. Dr Stephens is a professional, caring, understanding and an all round wonderful human being. I'm blessed to have had Dr Stephens and his colleagues care for me from my mother's conception of me. Dr Stephens was my primary GP care during both of my pregnancies and I have absolute trust and respect for Dr Stephens, his colleagues, gorgeous reception staff and beautiful and caring nurses. I can't speak highly enough of the surgery and the 37 years I have had their wonderful care. Thank you.
