Found this caravan park by accident 2 years ago. Have returned again and will continue to do so. Fabulous location and amenities. Friendly helpful staff. It's off the main road and that's part of its charm. It's worth seeking out.

Judy was very helpful under trying circumstances. Park was full but managed to squeeze us in. Amenities spotless, sites generous. Camp fire on the banks was excellent. Only 3K out of Cunnamulla town.

The BEST park! We rate parks on their amenities, and these are some of the best. Very clean, well laid out, plenty of hot water! We were in one of the large private van sites at the front, which was fantastic. They are separated by gardens, some edible (lemons, chives), including beautiful rose bushes. The camp kitchen is large and well laid out, the river is beautiful with a shared fire pit right next to it. Plenty of birds around including galahs, cockatiels, variegated fairy wrens, and red-capped robins. Bring your camera! There is also a little nursery at the front of the park if you like plants. Well worth visiting and we feel lope staying!

Stayed here in 2015 and the family always talk about this place as one of their favourites of our 7 week trip.

The park was relaxing, fire by the river with stars galore in the sky. It was the first time our kids were really able to see our brilliant southern sky at night.

Definitely add this place to your trip.

What a little gem. Bush camping by the river, couldn't ask for more. Quiet location, close to town. Manager Judy is very kind and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

We have stayed here for the last two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner Judy is an amazing person who runs the park on her own and nothing is too much trouble. She is friendly and helpful and has planned the park exceptionally well with big drive through sites. Amenities are spotless and a good size camp kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place.

Warrego Riverside Tourist Park is just sensational! Beautifully laid out, fantastic amenities and Judy does it all on her own! She is amazing! Would highly recommend staying here! The perfect way to end a day sitting by the camp fire, overlooking the river listening to the birds!

Beautifully set out caravan park, drive through sites and grassed between each site. The very friendly owner does a wonderful job here, very neatly presented. Great camp kitchen and communal fire pit area overlooking the Warrego River.

I've stayed in caravan parks all over Australia, but this one would have to be the prettiest of them all. Not only are the D/T sites exceptionally spacious, they also have screening vegetation between them. There are lots of native and exotic trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers, and guests may pick ripe fruit.
Judy, the manager, is very friendly; the amenities are clean with large shower cubicles, and there's a big camp kitchen.
Also, in only one day I identified 32 bird species. This is a beautiful place.
The only, albeit small, drawback is the very slow Internet, but this would only matter if one wanted to stay longer.

Judy the manager here is the most delightful lady, very helpful always smiling. The caravan park is amazing, we were going to say for one night but have been here now for over a week.

There are sites with power and water each surrounded with it's own little garden, or you have the option of a bush sites along the river with water but no power. Which is what we chose.

The water is clean and fresh the best we have tasted in the last 2 months! The amenities are absolutely spotless and the camp kitchen is beautiful. They have happy hour everyday where you have the opportunity to meet lots of lovely campers. The gardens are gorgeous, with fruit trees, roses and lush green grass, the grounds are beautifully maintained quite refreshing after seeing the land so dry, they even have a lovely nursery.

We will definitely make this a regular stop on our way through.

I think it is actually on the market.hmmmm that's a thought, this would be a beautiful lifestyle change.

We have stayed in many parks all around the country and we rate this park if not the best, then very close to the best we have ever stayed at.
We have been lucky enough to spend 6 weeks here for reasons out of our control and Judy has been so helpful, generous and accomadating.
The sites are spacious and private. Happy hour is a lot of fun. The birdlife is abundant and the gardens are peaceful.
Highly recommended!
It's not just a caravan park, it's an experience.

Beautifully maintained grounds and amenities on the banks of the Warrego River. We camped in the bush camp area with a view across the river and an on-site tap with good quality drinking water. Bird life abounds. Would definitely come back here again.
