Cunnamulla Riverside Tourist Park reviews
76 We took one of the unpowered "bush camp" sites with the river as our backdrop. Park is neat as a pin with everything you need. I encountered Judy doing a late cleaning run after dinner. She has everything so well organised and leaves nothing to chance. Lots of local info too.
It is all very spacious with the garden setting for the powered sites is full of plants and attracts lots of native birds.
This is the place to stay if you are visiting Cunnamulla. Top marks
A wonderful bush style caravan park situated only a few kms out of town next to the Warrego river. Large drive through sites are nestled amongst beautiful well established gardens. The amenities are spotless, gardens full of birdlife, all thanks to Judy who does an amazing job looking after the park. Highly recommended for those travellers looking for a peaceful spot in paradise. Thank you Judy.
Great place to stay. Peaceful with plenty of space. Judy the host very helpful and obliging. Beautiful roses.
Very clean park, with semi private sites, great amenities & beautiful gardens.
Would definitely recommend this park.
Thanks Judy
This caravan Park is beautiful such a big property. The amenities block are great. Also the camp kitchen is great.
Every one sits around the fire at 5pm to mingle with every one and share there stories where they have been. You get some great tips. It is a must to stay here.
Love love this place.
Wow.drove about 4km our of town to find an amazing park. Beautifully manicured gardens greet you before heading to the office. Very tasteful and super friendly staff, Sharon and Paul. After paying they took us around in his buggy to our spot. We followed the road around with pockets of private areas surrounded by heaps of shrubs and fruit trees. The camp kitchen/laundry and bathrooms are immaculate. Very pretty. Highly recommended
Thankyou Judy fabulous place, your amenities were 11out10 lovely gardens drive through sites great pitty about the shower we had, cant be helped would thoroughly recommend your park to everyone we meet. We will definitely be back.
One of the best caravan parks in Australia. Great managers who maintain the grounds and facilities in A1 condition.
Beautifully laid out Park. Owners trying very hard to keep grassed sites for guests in this dry country. Lovely gardens throughout. Very neat, clean and tidy amenities and laundry. Pet friendly.
Friendly team. Grounds and amenities spotless. Sites are private with shrubs between them. Will definitely be back.
What a fantastic park, we could not recommend it highly enough.
Judy was taking a well earned break so it was Paul & Sharon who made us feel most welcome from arrival through to our departure.
Paul shared some great stories around the sunset campfire that had us doubled over in laughter, Sharon chipped on with a few of her own when she could get a word in.
The gardens are amazing and the amenities were spotless.
We will definitely return if passing again.
Recently stayed in a powered site. Immaculately presented by Judy and attention to detail is shown in all facilities. Highly recommend a stay won’t be disappointed
Found this park by accident as it is not on Wiki Camps …. Judy?
Highly recommend with spotless amenities and great sites on the Warrego River. Peaceful, quiet and safe!
3 klms out of town on the weir rd.
One of the best parks I’ve been to. The sites are very clean well maintained spaces and comfortable, grounds are picturest a real credit to the owners very highly recommended
Very disappointed with management, first night there at 4pm power went off from about 5pm and back on again about 10am- no power no water no amenities able to be used- decided to stay another night and got charged the full fee again- $36 instead of for a non powered site, which is what we had the first night- definitely will never return there again and will not recommend it- sheer greed!
Best caravan park in Cunnamulla. Friendly management, lovely location. Good amenities and camp kitchen, spotlessly clean.
Private drive through sites, right on the banks of the Warrego River. Happy hour around the communal camp fire every afternoon. A lovely spot, which is highly recommended. We will certainly be back.
Plenty of space, lovely host and the grounds with variety of established plants makes it a bit of an oasis
Wow what a great CP. Judy is amazing and the park is so beautifully set out with wonderful gardens. Large drive thru sites where you can also set up chairs on the grass which has plenty of shade as the sun goes over. Amenities are clean and the moment you walk in, the clean refreshing smell hits you first. I am sure during busy times it would be hard to make it as nice as it was this week for us but it won't be for lack of trying by Judy! Only downside for us was very intermittent mobile coverage with Telstra (Boost) but still would not hesitate to return.
Very welcoming. Rose filled camp sites in the.middle of the Mulga! Tamed but wild area. Very comfortable clean amenities. AND the water doesnt smell like sulphur! Bird life abundant. River frontage beautiful. A real oasis.
Great caravan park and friendly staff. Good to sit around the campfire in the evenings chatting to other travellers. There is an abundance of wild life around too. Thankyou Judy for making us feel welcomed.
