I can't speak highly enough of Clark Rubber Virginia. I have been going there for the last 2 years for pool testing and pool supplies, they aren't just well priced, they give the most amazing customer service. Stand out being Scott and his boss Michael. They are so knowledgeable in all sides of their business. They have guided me perfectly through my pool care journey and have gone above and beyond to help me deal with a rental pool that had endless problems. Professional at all times with a caring friendly attitude every single visit. Do yourself a favour and check out what they can do for you!

Went in looking a big plastic bag to wrap a pram for travel and the staffer couldn't have been more helpful. OK so it might have been a small matter but its always the little things that count. Well done. Looking for a new pool cover soon. Immediate bump to the top of my queue.

Had a broken pool filter which is still under warranty, spoke with Clark Rubber back in December. Apparently logged job, 4 weeks later still no communication. Had to chase down and do all the work myself which was done in one phone call. Poor customer service

I had the good fortune of asking Scott for help this morning with a mattress to fit in my new SUV. Cheerful, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly: five star customer service. He recommended which mattress was best suited to the task, measured and cut it within 15 minutes! Astonishing really. Also helped me with torches and boot liner. Give Scott a bonus he’s definitely a keeper employee! Thanks a million Scott. YOU MATTER

It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional the way that the store clerk Scott attended my order, he was rude and disrespectful and made me wake away without the product that I needed due to his behaviour.terrible customer service

They must have decided to go home early for some reason today as their sign on the door says they are open till 6pm.

Went in to have a look if they had a seal for my car between the body and door. Unfortunately can’t remember his name but the guy helping me just gave the beat customer service. He made sure I was happy and just went the extra mile. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Shop closes at 5pm I got there at 4.55pm, after a piece of foam, was told we are not cutting we're about to close, no problem, is there a piece that I can take without cutting, they said have a look, found a piece, they said, can't sell it to you we are closing. The clock had not hit 5pm at this point. Q, Clark rubber is it 5pm or 4.55 that they close? Very bad business.

Asked multiple questions and reiterated multiple times about the density requirement for the mattress. Speedy service which was great, friendly over the phone but felt like the density was brushed off hence why I brought it up multiple times. The product received was definitely not dense nor suitable for the needs. $160 down the drain and have to go elsewhere.

A lovely gentleman approached me and offered assistance as i walked in the store. I wish i knew his name. He had grey/blond hair. He took me to pay and then helped me to the car. Fabulous service.

Service was fast and friendly. Cut what I required and gave great advice. They even didn't charge for the cutting as the store was pretty quiet.
I can recommend this business for sure.

The sales staff at the Geebung/Virginia store were brilliant the other day. I walked in to their shop just prior to closing time & nothing was too much trouble. Provided some specs for a mattress to be cut to size to replace an older mattress for my old sofa lounge & it was done & ready for collection as they said it would be, the very next day. The staff’s professionalism & customer service was excellent. They are a real asset to the business & I have no hesitation in recommending them to family, friends & colleagues. Thanks again fellas. Least friendly staff I have ever come across. Didn’t answer the phone for hours, and locked the door before closing time.

Visited Virginia store today, amazing service with items ready for pickup after calling ahead. Even helped me carry purchases to my vehicle.

We have to write a review because of the wonderful staff at Virginia store. We bought a pool cleaner which was great but 'beached' itself on our steps.
The staff were so good and helpful, and worked with us on a solution without any expectations put on us to buy or swap or keep. How nice to deal with honest and good people. It is very appreciated. Clover and Gerry
