Canungra Sky Sports / Oz Paragliding & Hang Gliding

I just went hang gliding this morning with Lisa at Oz Paragliding and Hang gliding. What an absolutely amazing experience! The hang gliding is done by aerotow so you fly way higher than you can with any other company in Australia and you get to fly for around 20 minutes. Taking off in a hang glider using aerotow was beyond exhilarating Lisa is a very experienced hang gliding pilot and instructor and she puts you at ease with the whole experience. There are also onsite accommodations which I highly recommend. The whole operation and team are definitely the best in Australia.

First time hang gliding and Lisa and her team made it so much fun! Great set up they have and all the team made the day with all their enthusiasm! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family! Thanks for an awesome day guys xo

Completed the 10 day full license course with Lisa and the team. Can't recommend this school enough. Excellent equipment and facilities. Lisa's instructions are easy to follow and her paragliding experience really shows.

I recently did a refresher course with Lisa and her crew (in NZ) and I couldn't have had a better experience. I got my paragliding licence about 8 years ago, flew for a couple of seasons then stopped when my daughter came along. Nearly five years after my last flight, Lisa got me back in the air again and it was so much fun! She went back to basics with me, dusting off the cobwebs (and there were a lot!), going over all the fundamentals and skills on the training hill before heading up to launch for several brilliant flights. I was so nervous before starting the refresher, not sure whether I'd be able to remember everything or have the skills anymore, but Lisa's fun teaching style and her amazing knowledge and experience really set me at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to get flying again. I highly recommend going to Lisa for any paragliding instruction. Looking forward to seeing her in Canungra and around the other flying sites in Qld!

I highly recommend Lisa and Mark as paragliding instructors! Lisa instructed my brother and for our PG1 training. She was a fantastic teacher making it a very pleasant and safe experience.

Can recommend this to anyone wanting to learn to fly Hang Gliders or parafliders. Lisa and John as very experienced pilots and will get you started the right way. They are great people and will look after you well.

I flew with the school around the Canungra area earlier this year. It was so helpful and I loved Lisa's instructing style so much that I went over to NZ and did some paragliding with them there too! It was amazing and I've become such a better pilot and gained so much confidence with their help!

I can not recommend Lisa and John enough for teaching you how to fly. Both are very friendly and relaxed but also have a serious and knowledgeable attitude with what they teach. If you ever wanted to learn to paraglide or hand glide then talk to these guys.

These guys train both hang gliders and paragliders, this gives you a wall rounded course from both points of view. They have a lot of experience between them and it shows.
