31In and out in under 5 minutes with the pre-packed, pre-paid service. Perhaps an "A" frame sign out the front of the complex would have been nice as I drove past twice, but all in all, Well done. Thank you

Take water and an umbrella as you will be standing in the hot sun for at least an hour to get served! Really slow service.
Well. I’m quite disappointed by the precision of delivery dates.cough cough the digital book bundles which were “compulsory” and “only available at campion”. No one has emails for the access codes. I hope campion will do better.
Going there during the school holidays, buying school books, is a mess. I mean, the lines are immense, and it is HOT. The service is fairly quick, usually, but in our case the staff couldn't find our order, blah blah blah, and we had to go to some other random place and put in an invoice number and wait for the staff to dig around and find the order.
So basically, the place is strictly decent for getting your school books, but there is a lot of room to improve (especially in being organised).
Useless. Took the credit card payment in November and then only told days before the start of school that they couldn't deliver some of the items. No information provided about when missing items would be available, and when contacted with complaint told that the items were "in the mail", still waiting more than a week later for delivery.
Very disatisfied having placed order 6 weeks ago for book lists for twins. Received confirmation email once placed the order. Received 1 book list when expected. Other did not turn up. Logged in to my account and apparently the payment for 1 sibling did not process (even though it was as single payment and no failure notification was sent).
Call centre staff very apologetic and did try as they understood the circumstance was unusual but no they would not process the order so i could collect tomorrow without waiting in line for god knows how long.
Office works from now on.
Called. Never answered the phone. Had me on hold for over 20 mins! Decided to go to the shop and on the door it says they are closed for stocktake. Nothing on their website said closed.nor did they answer their phones!
Very poor service. It is now week 2 of school and we sill have not received our textbooks.
Despite numerous phone calls to chase the books and them telling me they're on their way, we still have not received them.
Also, making me pay delivery fee twice because I have 2 kids in different classes it's unacceptable. I don't understand why the 2 orders cannot be put together or give me the option of picking from store. Very disappointing!
Will not be buying from this place again.
The customer service is completely inadequate. I have been here year after year - orders misplaced / not on time / out of stock. This year I decided to order online, but there is no pick up option after December 7! In store staff rude and under resources. Gave feedback politely staff member just smirked and when I asked her to pass feedback onto management she refused. They will not have my custom again.
Customer service is dreadful. Unable to tell me over the phone if book is in stock. I appreciate they are very busy but attitude on the phone was appalling. Such a shame that our school uses Campion.
