Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone. Save your time and money.

Order placed 11th January noon and have called CS service to check order progress. They are not able to tell you when the order can be picked up. Apparently the CS Team is in Victoria (despite using BNE number, so deceptive!) and their team does not have direct phone number or contact to the Brisbane warehouse.

Can’t even cancel unavailable item because CS team can’t do anything. Basically, once you have placed your order, you are stuck!

I have never experienced such bad customer service in retail until today!

This place is an absolute joke of an organisation.
First order of $350 has gone missing, but can’t be confirmed until Aus Post launches an inquiry.
Purchased a second order to get books in time for school, another $350. Told they won’t arrive until after school starts.
Given the option to head in store to purchase the pack a 3rd time for another $350 without the option of any refund on the first two packs prior.
No option for expedited packing or overnight delivery.
No ability to process a refund until pack has been received (a bit hard to receive a lost package).
Zero help for a service that we are forced to use.

Who the actual heck designed my connect 2. I paid 50 dollars for my pearson physics textbook which was accessed through my connect 2. It won't let me scroll and its just so disgustingly hard to function, and if i want to login to another device. I have to find the god damn email from last year with a link to actually login in. What the actual heck?

Highly recommend ordering book list online. 2nd year doing so and everything is boxed up for you. Collection was very easy. Staff were lovely.

Very disappointed. School book list was not even dispatched 5 days before school started I had to call them to chase it up and I was told it was because I had asked for bulk delivery. That it would be picked up Friday so that books would not arrive until after school had started and that a lot of other students were in the same position. So not great. I won't use this company again

I ordered 3 things from my school booklist and i only got 1 thing that I asked for. I had been given a random japanese workbook which isnt even used in my school, instead of the maths textbook that I paid for. I had also been given a blue pen instead of the black artline pen I ordered. The delivery fee was over $17 and now I have to drive all the way to the campion store to exchange my items so I might as well have just drove to campion to pick it up to begin with. I’ve also had friends tell me that they’ve received the wrong items or even had items missing from their bookpacks ordered from campion.

email to them no reply
son's textbook out of stock for 6 weeks already and no update
if I can, I will get another bookstore, but unfortunately it was selected by the school
Campion you need to improve your service

The next week got the reply from campion and books collected expeditiously. They have improved their service.

After receiving my own order I have just received someone else’s $500 order in error. After contacting phone number I spent 45 minutes on phone to one of the customer “support” because I would not return the parcel back to the Campion store for them, an hours round trip. I was told that this was usual procedure for mis delivered parcels. I was then told to take it the to the post office, despite the fact everyone is trying to avoid catching covid when their children cannot yet be vaccinated. Some body is supposed to contact me to arrange pick up. It is amazing that I am supposed to deliver back a parcel I did not order for free despite the fact you charge $20 per delivery.

Ordered 4 items received only 2 items, phone call always cut out and long queue for over 30 mins. Need to visit their store and found out 1 of the item has no stock and need to wait for 2 weeks.

You get all the books you need but I feel it’s little bit costly.they are very customer friendly but you need to order first and collect it when they intimate you.

Terrible setup. When you have multiple kids you have to order each separately. Total ripoff and very inconvenient.

Unfortunately we don’t have a choice in ordering through anywhere else for school supplies as our school uses them for subscription services so need to order them as a minimum. I have tried to look around before for the rest of the supplies but due to specific requirements it is convenient and not much more expensive to get them to arrange. I have had missing things in past that was a pain to sort out and despite changing quantity, was given and charged extra, and once had scissors on back order which was a pain especially since I ordered weeks in advance. Then wanted to charge me to post them out. I chose to get refund and had to go battle shops to get.
I now go to the Salisbury location in person to collect and check the box against my order before I leave. This year there was no issues for either of my children’s supplies.
I have heard through our Facebook school chat that it has been very difficult to get information and contact with regards to orders being delivered by Australia Post. Parents were worried they weren’t going to get their orders in time. Despite ordering early December they received 1 week out from school starting. This is fine, as long as hopefully your order is correct and you don’t have to rush to the shops for last minute supplies.
3 tight parking spots allocated at their Salisbury location so need to park on complex drive. Staff are always polite and pick up process is done with ease.

Great place to get back to school supplies, and to get school list supplies. They also have very cheap, slightly used textbook/ workbooks for 5 dollars however, there are no public toilets which is quite disappointing.

Accidentally purchased a headset. They wouldn't take it back as their policy is "no refunds on stationary items" The headset was clearly in unopened and brand new condition. It's the worst returns policy I've seen.
Previously have had errors in the picking for a delivery order.
This is the final straw. Will never use these again.

My initial inquiry was handled with a generic approach with no real customer engagement, almost with a sense of urgency to meet the specified KPI'S and Stats. The consultant made no effort to understand or clarify the problem. The systematic tick and flick approach is quite evident as was testimony to Campions failed attempt at resolving the solution. This unfortunate experience with Campion has proved to be completely non nonsensical and without logic. The customer service at Campion demonstrates inexperience in the field, placing more emphasis on academic theory rather than experienced staff. IF it was my money paying for this course, I would not be writing a review on Campion, whereby spending time researching their competencies or lack thereof, I would be shopping further afield. My advice for what it is worth. Spend more time listening to the customer and identifying the problems before adding them to the volume of emails banking up for the tech that has to spend so much wasted time resolving them. Spend less time concerned about stats and KPI's and you will find your productivity will increase exponentially, a strong customer base is key when growing a market base, that does can not grow if all you are interested in is pushing the existing customer out the door only shove the next one in with contempt.

End of March.and still waiting to get a book for my daughter! Called 3 times and every single one got a different information regarding the order.back order will be delivered to you, will be delivered at school!? !? They have no idea about what’s going on! The phone eventually answered but late! Don’t expect to get anything on time when they apparently can’t even open the office at 9 a.m. As stated
Well next year I ‘d rather loose my time shopping around or order individual items through different website
We all learn from our mistakes aren’t we?

Won't answer the phone. Has a message stating that business hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but then cuts over to another message that states the office is closed.at 10.15am. Hopeless!

Terrible service long waiting lines. Even once I ordered my book they didn't have half the books I needed. Additionally, had to wait for another solid 15 minutes before they got the books. I hate the fact that I have to get my books from here, so glad this will be my last dealing with this place since I'm finishing school.
