Bunnings Townsville

Almost everything under one roof. Too much to name it all. Building needs, covered. Plumbing, gardening, outdoor furniture, bbqs, electrical supplies, lights, paint, power tools and all this barely scratches the surface. Most assuredly a handy-persons delight. Well worth visiting. And to top it off, the staff are truly helpful.

Fantastic selection and a very big store, i have been asked multiple times if i need help but ive been there so many times i know the layout), anything construction they have, and didn't know they sell white goods online.

I go to Bunnings all the time, the staff are all lovely and only too willing to help you. They always have what I want and most times I leave with something else as well.

I would just like to give credit to one of your employee's. Chris who works out in your garden centre, i have rang a few times to see when your bagged roses and zygo cactus are due in and she has always answered the phone with a cheerful voice and she always knows when her stock is coming in. I finally met Chris today and no supprise she was just so lovely and helpful once again. Sorry i didnt introduce myself to you Chris. If the manager reads this comment i just want to say you have a real asset in Chris as an employee. I dont know if you have employee of the month awards but if you do you should give it to Chris as she is so dedicated to her job which she obviously loves.

It helps to know what you want before you enter, as it's usually crowded. All the tools and materials you need for your craft or build, helpful friendly staff always

So disappointed. No staff to help on Sunday. Product I wanted was up on top shelf and no staff could get it down until Monday so I could not buy it. I was told to go to North Shore as they had some. It certainly had changed.

Bunnings got me again went in for batteries and over spent on stuff I kinda needed, just don't ask my wife. Fantastic store and great staff that are always friendly.

Brought in a broken dremel I'd received as a Christmas present over a year ago, no receipt, left with a brand new one. Complete with accessories!

Amazing shop, staff are very friendly and helpful! We visited the Trade section today and as we were driving out the worker who checks your items and dockets who's name was Joe was very polite and even gave both of my daughters a kit each with a dog jacket, pop out water bowl and leash all with the Bunnings trade logo on them. 10/10!

One of the larger bunnings everything you need for diy very busy probably because they are next to other well-known merchandise outlets and the Barbie was great also

Went to bunnings for help with my grandfathers orchid, was greeted by Claire who was not only extremely helpful but one of the kindest people I have met in my time of visiting any bunnings around Australia. This wasn't just for me though, I noticed as she served others ahead of me and had the ability to lighten everyones mood that she served. If I lived here, I would definitely be back just because of the amazing customer service!
The amount of plants was a huge bonus.

At just after 12 mid day when the store is very busy I don't expect a supervisor to close all checkouts except one, also closing the self serve and telling people to go to the checkout in tools which had a lineup. I threw my items on the counter and told them the service was not good enough and walked out.

Ordering spare parts, staff members service to detail, double checking all the request description, product data, and from Scotland. Totally awesome

There is nothing you couldn't find in this place and better yet all at fantastic prices. Signage in all aisles are great and if you need to take a 10min rest there is a little cafe where you can grab something to keep you going and if you have the kids with you there is a little play area for them too. The only bad thing would be a few of the staff could be nicer and not make you feel like you're an inconvenience when asking for help or asking a question but overall why go anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to visit Bunnings townsville, staff are always friendly and you can take your 4 legged kids

Got what I wanted at a very good price. I like Bunnings and good service but most Bunnings provide excellent prices goods and servicrs

Have allways been a HAPPY Shopper at Bunnings, Dalrymple Road Townsville, in particular Staff allways on hand to help, and allways treated with respect for my age

It's a Bunnings, so you know what to expect. There seemed to be plenty of staff around. I really enjoy the cafe inside the building.
