Bunnings Toowoomba North

A very large store with a large variety of items. Service is great and it is in a very convenient location.

Just had a very positive experience with James at the paint desk who was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent advice and helped us find exactly what we needed.

I always get great service from here as i am disabled and they go out of their way to help you, and obviously cheap prices.

Getting harder to find staff for assistance. No service AT ALL when it comes to taking large items to car. Since Masters closed service here is disgusting

Decently big Bunnings and many tools and accessories for small DIY projects and household repairs. We found almost anything we look for our small projects here. May be not all the products available in big cities aren’t there. We happened hire few tools and trailers time to time and they were well maintained and up to standard. Staff is friendly and helpful they most of the time provide with all the information needed.

Staff make or break a company and I would highly recommend the staff at this store. Too many friendly helpful staff at this store to name although one in particular, Nathan, what an asset this man is to this company. Makes going here a pleasure, and highlights the hardware competition in this towns inferiority. 5* +.

I spilled a can of floor varnish right in front of the sausage sizzle - super embarrassing. The staff were so lovely, helped me clean it up and gave me a new can of varnish.

I love Bunnings it has everything you need under one roof. It's got wheelchair parking plus it's wheelchair accessible. At Bunnings North you can get wheelchairs plus wheelchair trolleys (not the best when you are reversing).

Love Bunnings. Most of the staff are fantastic, however we did encounter one very rude staff member when making an enquiry as to where a product was located. Have noticed prices are creeping up.

Great service and product range. I love the community nights they hold during the year. Always able to find the product I am looking for.

Was in there to grab some turf, was busy in garden centre. Should have non slip floors in garden area as I nearly slipped over 3 times. People still shop when it's raining.

Walked around Bunnings looking for a special spade type thing but could not find it, found a young gentleman that worked there and asked him for help to locate it. He knew exactly where it was and walked me to the item. Was thrilled, great service.

Bunnings Toowoomba north is one of the best that I have been to great range of products and services is usually fairly good I don't remember having any problem with this store.

The builders have managed to create a very sick building with little to no airflow. That means many bad chemical smells. The place is stuffy, and the workers will get sick over time

Thanks for your help guys. Left the other Toowoomba Bunnings due to appalling service, and drove over town to you. Nothing was a problem, we got what we needed and are super happy. We will drive the extra kms from now on.

Enquired about things and was told that if it's not on the shelf they probably don't have it. Couldn't be bothered to look though grrrr

Service, sorry don't know what that is. Same product different sizes oppose ends of the store, go figure. Searchable store directory would be good as staff don't actually know where things are.

Bloody disgusting nobody around to help you went to Mitre 10 prices were comparable and helpful staff

Took my 4 month old Victa motor mower back there in April 19 for repairs as it doesn't run properly, still haven't got it back yet, despite several inquiries. Extremely disappointing after sales service.

Wasn't to happy with the parking for a place that sales plants and all they have bottle brush bushes in the car park i parked beside one lucky i looks before i opened my door it was full of bee's.a bee sting can kill me so yes going to bunnings today could have killed me.maybe plant something that doesn't attract bee's cos i won't be back till you do
