I would like to thank Peter who helped me buy a 2 out seats a 3 and a 2 seater. He found and assisted me to load them after I payed. Peter wasn't even from that section. Best 5 star service. Thank you again.

Went through self, check out and made sure to count and scan everything. The worker came across and just assumed we had 17 items and had to recount with her three times yet after getting home we only had 16 items so we were overcharged anyways. The staff member did it in such a rude manner that she could’ve assisted with checking out our 16 items and maybe bunnings as a business shouldn’t have self-serve checkouts and actually utilise the stuff that are paid and trained to process sales. The staff member was so blatantly rude to us and did it in such a public sitting around us that made us feel embarrassed, thinking we were stealing a four dollar moving box. Never will come back to North Toowoomba Bunnings again.

Came in to buy some plants for my spring garden! A beautiful girl named Millie spent so much time with me, helping me pick out flowers that would flourish in my full sun garden, even going out of her way to find me the best quality / not wilted ones!

After I purchased around $300 worth of plants, seeds and seedlings she even helped me load the many plants into my car!

Amazing service, the team at Bunnings north always go above and beyond! Will definitely be returning!

We go between Toowoomba North Bunnings and Toowoomba West. Lately we've been coming to the North store a lot more and find they are better stocked, the staff are super friendly and best of all: they have undercover parking so you don't get hit with that dreaded Toowoomba sun. Great store. It's Bunnings, what's not to love?

Bunnings North is awesome. The only thing i can't get there is my groceries! Everything is easy to find and staff are always happy to assist if needed.

I drove one hour to Bunnings and then l was told oh sorry we don't have what l was told they had in stock not happy Bunnings not happy at all

Bunnings. You have been one of the very fortunate businesses to not only remain open throughout the pandemic but to thrive as an organization. Yet now as a reward for your customer's loyalty you have increased many garden product prices by a whopping 15%. For example: wine barrels and garden sleepers, to name but a few. So very disappointing and really a slap in the face to your loyal customer base. Profits over customers.

The best bunnings staff i have some across, always there for the customer and extremly fun and positive to be around.

I congratulate all your staff participating a young lady serving me of Islam Faith. She was fantastic and certainly does Bunnings Proud in Toowoomba.

Getting low on stock and choice. Items are definately substantially increasing in price. I suspect it is a global issue low stock and price increases but in my experience Bunnings is increasing a lot more than others. I use to buy everything there but find I'm more and more going to their competition.

Online order and pick up is rubbish! May as well have walked in and picked it myself as I had to wait in the car park over 20 minutes for them! Then they didn't bring the whole order which was 3 items! Shop inside.

It's bunnings, has almost everything you need. Very busy on Saturday mornings. So be prepared to be patient to find a park. Staff are helpful.

The store is only approx four old and in a good location with lots of parking. A very large, well stocked branch with staff happy to advise on how the many products available can assist in any projects we might have in business or at home. The staff are always undergoing training to improve their knowledge and service expertise to the public.

Great variety of goods and plants, but with only one entrance one has to walk long distances to get your things - not good for folk who struggle.

Love their plants and got a garden watering line to set up now. Always leave with more then you went there for

It's HUGE. Like, the biggest Bunnings I have ever been to. Amazing place with so much on offer. You'll love it here.
