Bunnings Stafford

Last week I must have looked lost as a courteous Staff member asked if he could help. I gather he was on his break - just walking past. But he accompanied me all the way to where the product was and even assisted me with the purchase! His name badge read "Russell" His was 'over and above' service. Please thank Russell for me!

I try to avoid bunnings as I feel like it has a monopoly over other trade suppliers. But sometimes it is unavoidable. They have all the stuff I needed for the renovation, it was absolutely overpriced and you kinda have to play chicken with the employees before they talk to you, but it is what it is.

The website needs to be updated to show where items are in store. Along with the map. It's not really clear where to find some items.

It took about 5 minutes for them to answer then when they Finlay’s answer they said they will transfer but they hung up then it took another 8 minutes to answer

The Staff at this store, like most Bunnings stores, are absolutely hopeless. I'd so much rather shop at Bretts Hardware Chermside

Huge store. Generally pretty quiet if you venture there in the morning. There are often huge racks and pallets in the way of items (such as the pedestal and industrial fans at the back) and there is usually an absence of staff to ask for assistance, which is annoying.

A drive through might be useful for people worried about catching Covid. It could operate like click and collect groceries.

Look I do love this place sometimes can be let down with stock issues but will deal with it. They had a display model showing as stock on hand which is a pain this should be an easy fix. Otherwise great place.

Helpful staff with good product knowledge. I came to them with an odd project and they helped me with all my needs and advice

I went to Bunnings wondering how I was going to do a tricky job. Once there I found many items that resolved my game plan. Got all the stuff I needed came home and completed the job. A great place to work through things.

All you need under one roof. Aisles are a bit tight on space compared to some other Bunnings but works well enough. Check out can be a bit slow as they are rarely staffed by more than one or two checkouts.

One way in to Bunnings and two ways out. All the usual great stuff. Big range of things and as usual great friendly service.

The gardening section was wonderful. Very pleased that I have got everything I needed for my usages.

Large store and plenty of stock and an excellent garden selection that is always the popular section of the store. Plenty of parking and in a convenient location to save you driving into the city or out to keperra. The staff here have been super accomodating amidst the covid restrictions.

Great big Bunnings and friendly staff. One of the best Bunnings around. Online inventory is also always up-to-date.

Is Bunnijgs, is good. One of the larger format stores and - most importantly - has a sausage sizzle (unlike that behemoth store on Brekky Ck Rd in Newstead)

Staff are always helpful and not condescending when you ask the stupidest questions. Prices are generally good and the selection is quite broad.

Always nice staff to help customers with their search. If they don’t have it then they’ll try their very best to get it for you. I practically live there.

My second home! Staff are always willing to help and have smiles on their faces, Ive only ever had one not so good encounter with a staff member, but since then I've been served many times by them and it's been good service, may have just had a bad day! I love Bunnings stafford

Bunnings Stafford is a great place to spend an afternoon as they have everything (including the kitchen sink). The staff are always friendly and helpful and there's a huge variety of plants for the green thumbs out there.
