Bunnings Stafford reviews
62Nice big Bunnings located in Stafford. Has everything you need and more. Lost a star for me on availability of people helping in the store. Had to look long and hard to grab someone's attention but came right in the end.
I frequently call up a few Bunnings to find out their grass stock until I find one. I always leave Stafford last because I’m on hold the longest there. I don’t think they’ve ever answered before I go on hold and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes before. When they do finally pick up they’re professional and courteous, no complaints there.
Big thanks to Ren and the team at Bunnings Stafford for supplying materials for the sandpit and gardening tools for the kids at CK kindy in Mcdowall. Great supporters of the local community.
Just how a Bunnings should be! Welcoming when you come in and courteous as you go out.
Pleasurable experience and got what I needed.
This is a well stocked store with mostly helpful staff who are easy to find throughout the shop. The online section through this store is fast and easy to use for pickup or delivery.
Bunnings is not the same Bunnings we loved to visit every other day
Nowadays they have few young inexperienced people who have no idea about the products and when you are at payment section people have no idea how to send the receipts to your phone
They have lost all the good friendly experienced staff.
Had everything I needed. Friendly, helpful staff. The more experienced team members have sage advice to dispense.
My sisters and I were served by Zane and had the most delightful service from him (Stafford garden centre). He was young lively and had a genuine knowledge of plants. He came back to us when he found what we were looking for and was just so helpful. Best service ever. The lovely girl at the counter was also lovely.
It's a Bunnings. Sausage sizzle out the front, half clueless staff inside. Some Specialists. Whitelist products. If you want trade quality tools there's an actual tool store next door
Bunnings is my one stop shop for all things Ryobi and are always well stocked and their warranties and returns are always a breeze on all products. The service is great and the "Sperts" are very knowledgeable about their products. The one downside is the occasional lack of certain items that seem to be fairly common. Most recently, plumbing supplies that really only suit one type of application otherwise you are required to look at agricultural supplies to meet the requirements. Overall Bunnings has always been a do-it-all kind of shop so I cant actually complain bur sometimes you need to go to a dedicated supplier to get what you need.
As over priced as all BUNNINGS Are
Hand Baggers taking up Parks in the Trade Yard to by Mats for Thier lil
Poochy Woochy
Shout out to Pauline in Special Orders who went well over and above to source multiples of the item I needed!
The staff at the door are known for harassing people about signing in. It is not the place of a customer service agent to interrogate me upon entry. Please rectify this behaviour.
Bunnings. Not much more needs to be said.
Massive place, great prices and huge assortment of gear.
Staff inside friendly enough.
Door greeter needs to stop profiling as his greeting depends on what you look like… not everyone is dressed for trade everyday mate!
Stock levels seem to be low on items I required.
Lots of empty shelve spaces, maybe covid to blame
Very happy that our closest bunnings is really awesome. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly.
This Bunnings has always been a 5 star for me but recently they have hired a greeter at the front door which everytime I have visited has been extremely inconvenient and to be honest loud.
I had my hands full of equipment whilst leaving the store and he stopped me and asked me to put it all down so he can scan my receipt. I said mate I was just at the teller right in front of you I really don't want to put this down cause it really will be an inconvenience for me. He said you can't leave till I check I said mate this is now my property so you can step away.
Next time he holds up people at the front door to check people's receipts and to check the checking app. He is really inconvenient for the store and I have seen many tradies get stuck with him.
Once again, a great hardware store. I use it all the time. Staff are extremely helpful and always friendly. This time I was there to pick up a Special Order.
Same good vibe that you find in most Bunnings stores. Best experienced when not in a rush. This store often has a useful pile of packing timber and other recyclable cuts in a corner of the car park which can be perfect for little projects.
