Bunnings Springfield Central

I went to Springfield Bunnings today and so many of the staff were rude and one was not helpful at all. This is the first time I have gone there and found this place to have staff so rude. I would like to thank Samuel and Kristy who I hope the name right for all your help today with the outdoor setting.

Reasonable selection of hardware and plants. Bunnings prices. Car park is distinctly lacking trolley returns. For a ~700 car, carpark there are only 2 trolley returns located at opposite ends of the carpark and facing away from the cars so you have to walk the longest possible distance to return a trolley.

It may not be the largest store, but convenience, staff friendliness and helpfulness means that there is no impetus to go anywhere else.

Really hope the store staff are more pleasant and helpful than the delivery point staff! Have never met such lazy or rude people in a bunnings store!

Bunnings for those who don't know is a place to go on weekends for a wide variety of home improvement items both outside and in plus hardware.

This place is HUMUNGOUS!
I was lucky enough to be aided in my purchases by just a regular guy there doing his own shopping!

Staff were very helpful in the paint section. Gave great advice and saved me some money on my project too. Thumbs up ladies.

Large store with awesome selection of items available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Small sections uncovered between parking and main building so be prepared to get a bit wet on rainy days.

The staff there, some are friendly some aren't. I did a weekly activity there for a while maybe a year ago. We ended up having to stop doing it as the staff member running it was leaving due to bullying and nothing was done about it. Sad to see how poorly staff are treated sometimes

What a nice shopping experience. This store has a few great team members, but Ben stands out and is just amazing. Well done!

Super excited to have this decoration in my front yard, unfortunately the pump is too small to effectively keep it inflated.

Once it is inflated the smallest of breezes topples it over and its unable to stand itself back up.

Bunnings however where super good and refunded me back without any issue.

They need more helpful staff specially during loading. I loaded ten bags of potting mix and all sorts of bits and pieces.

Am so impressed with online service. Received a phone call to say a product was unavailable would I like another product similar. All within an hour or so of placing 2 orders. Great young Lady in Service Department at Springfield.today Sunday.hope you are Thanked.

My favourite hardware store, if only I could get there whenever I wanted to. Alas, I don't have a car and no bus ever stops there.

Had lovely coffee n toastie at the cafe, staff friendly food tasty, coffee gr8. All staff were excellent n very helpful.

Good service, a man went out of his way to shut a portion of an isle down to get us a bathroom vanity down on the spot, rather than make us come back at another time. Very impressed.

Always great to visit to Bunnings to supply all I need for my projects. Customer service is always great.

Nice big store and super friendly staff. You'll probably have to drive to it if you're parked in the main Orion shopping complex as it's a bit of a trek on foot.

Was there this morning spent $140.96 while at the till noticed the sign about sending digital receipt - staff member at garden centre side didn't offer. When I asked for one she said it was too late. Lazy cow just wanted to carry on talking to her co worker - we interrupted her conversation. Not impressed at all.

Wow. Just wow. Returned an outdoor setting that rocked quite a bit. They had none left so I got a refund. 15 minutes later while looking at their other outdoor settings, a staff member rocks up with the very outdoor setting I just returned and I watched her restock it back in the outdoor section for some other poor customer to buy.
