Most times when visiting this location - dogs are barking at? Or is it safe - are the dogs verified to be assisted dogs.

Only downside of this place is every time my partner asks to have a look at the plants we seem to bring more home with us every time!

People are so nice and have humour. Just 1 young girl at the information desk who spoke to us rudely. But all the rest were absolutely great and helpful.

Yesterday for Mothers Day, my 87yo Mum had the best day shopping for plants at Springfield Bunnings! The 3 ladies at the entrance and on the counters made it all so much easier for her (and us). Wonderful service! We will be back again for sure!

Clean, orderly, well stocked with an abundance of knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist with any questions you might have.

Best bunnings around. They chase stuff up for you and go out of there way to help when suppliers stuff up. I won't go anywhere else! Great job team!

A good product range and I usually find the staff helpful. Unfortunately today I eventually just left because I couldn't find anyone to help.

Ever since masters closed down this has been my go to store for home DIY.

Located in a new area of Springfield it's on a huge site with loads of parking and multiple entry points however during covid entery is restricted to trade enterance and main entrance the garden section is exit only

There is so much stock availabile you just about never not find the item your seeking there is even a cafe and seating area inside store

On the 4 occasions have had reason to come in to buy paint and painting equipment over the past couple of months your service and advice each and every time has been first rate. As a novice painter who is embarking on a major whole of house project your advise and encouragement has been invaluable. You have helped me buy the right things first time every time and helped me when I stuffed up (big time) one of my projects by offering advice how to well, 'un-stuff up' my work. I know you're not meant to give colour advice but the lovely lady's advice who assured me aqua can work in smaller, shady rooms if you have great lighting proved a revelation. Our family home looks great - including our aqua meditation/ relaxation room. Keep up the great job team.

Bunnings service is consistently excellent. Staff are knowledgeable on products and are polite and courteous. Never any problem finding a car park and they appear to maintain strict practices around COVID-19.

Friendly team with stocked items most of the time. Huge variety of indoor plants. You can expect precise cuts at the timber cut shop and the team even cut it for you in the efficient way where less stocks is to be wasted and you can save not more on it too

Another successful trip to Bunnings. As expected when visiting a Bunnings there's plenty of parking and upon entering the store I quickly found the items I needed. Speed through the self service check out. Jut the typical no fuss Bunnings shopping experience.

Love Bunnings stores! Plant nurseries are amazing. Can always find new release plants as well as the golden oldies.

Bunnings is great but I left without getting one thing as it wS hit and the signs on the front isles are fine but they don't say we hat are in the isles behind.

The experience was amazing and helpful until I reached the cashier, she was abrupt, rude and condersending. She assumed I knew where to find product codes and prices on wood. Definitely not doing your busy any favors.

Always helpful. Lad with the long hair very knowledgeable and friendly. Lady with the short ginger/blonde hair not so friendly.

This place is a vortex for your spare diy cash. All those projects you're going to start, and definitely going to finish begin here! By asking the 16yr old expert tradesman with 30yrs experience "How do I patch a hole in drywall? " with the response being a series of emojies.

Otherwise, has a bunch of things I didnt know I suddenly needed.

You can always find what you need here, either using the Bunnings app or by asking a staff member. They all seem pretty helpful.
