95% of everything you could possibly want from homeware/orchard. Staff is very knowlegeable and always take the time to help you out or find somwone who can. Good sales at time, a large car park, a cafe and some public toilets. What else would you need?

Heaps of staff around the store this morning however only one checkout operating. At the service desk. So taking returns and sales. Really? Waiting for 10 minutes to get served is a bit poor these days.

I had The Most amazing experience at Bunnings in southport where this young man by the name of Luke went out of his way to help me not only that he was helpful he was extremely police, respectful and just simply wonderful. Bunning please hire ppl like him put my faith back in humanity.

A well established store that's been in the community for more than 20 years. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff there to assist you when you need help.

We were very impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, and the huge range of products. Also, the way a couple of the guys went out of their way to help us with what we needed, even offering cheaper alternatives.

Love the plant selection at this bunnings i sometimes wish the staff in this area were on later but I understand wage budgets.

Five stars for range of goods, three stars because it seems there is a constant lack of staff at exit counters. Main refund counter is also used by paying customers causing a long queue at times. And usually only one person serving. In my opinion, on purpose by management to cut down on staffing costs.

Large variety to choose from. The staff is always helpful and nice to interact with. I often get asked if there’s anything I need help with.
A huge plus for me coming to this store is that my dog was allowed in! Love pet friendly store vibes.

Recently purchased a lawnmower from Bunnings after talking with staff and also a customer and consulting reviews, not that I like mowing, this activity is a great waste of my time.

Bought 50kg of garden soil. Lifted it on to trolley whilst 3 staff members stood & watched. Can change where they put onions on sausage. Health & Safety Aus.has safe lifting weights also!

Bunning is always good to go for a wander around. I especially love the garden section and the staff are always very helpful.

My brother and I met with Ash, Phil and Stace in the expert trade department, with us needed help with our rebuilding a large deck. We went in with only knowing the sm2 and walked out with a clear plan of what we're doing, what needs to be done and the cost of it with the help of their advice and a trusted builder's business card which they provided. We're very thankful for them taking the time out to help us novices through each step.

Worst service you can get go to Bunnings, what ever department your in the crew that looks after won't be there because they are on a break

Was after $99 pool for the kids asked 2 staff members who said no all gone. Then phoning and finding out they had 14 left in a different area. I know it's a busy time of year but come on.

A massive building & renovations complex. If you want to build or renovate you can't go past Bunnings Southport.
