Bunnings Robina reviews
44Just picked up some plants from Bunnings Robina - they’ve got a good selection of healthy plants - they even had a good variety of orchids (the ones that grow on bark) on sale.
Amazing customer service. Really knowledgeable staff, took their time to give the best help possible. We were looking to fix a security door which we had purchased and was not working. Teagan* heard our story and understood our concern and urgency. She mentioned that the same model of the door was not available, however she went an extra mile finding for us the closest model which would cover our need. She took her time and found it for us. Then Breighton* appeared and helped out to bring the correct door and also he helped me to take the door to the car, which was something that I didn't even expect and even helped to place it in the car. This is what is called an amazing service. These guys helped out patiently, with dedication and a constant smile. Fantastic and super highly recommended. *Sorry for the mispronounced names but they are the two staff members who work on the timber and special orders on Friday night. Thanks heaps!
It feels like Bunnings have let things slide since the demise of Masters, they pretty much have the monopoly now. Unfortunately, the quality of the products, much like the customer service, is pretty average these days. Each team member passes you onto the next, until finally you reach the one member of staff that actually has some product knowledge.and then they let you know that the item you want isn't stocked or in stock, despite it showing up online. Or, they're waiting to "unload the pallet" and to try again the following day. You end up leaving the store with something you didn't go in for, needing to justify the time you've just spent hunting up and down every aisle, looking for stock or directions to where it may be now.
Parking is so-so. Staff are generally friendly. Store is clean. Tool shop is below average. Gardening range is above average. Paint store is probably the best part of the store, the staff here seem to be on their game compared to other sections.
The Nerang store is much better in my opinion.
The snags are pretty good though, especially when you need fuel for your hour long treasure hunt.
5 stars goes to the lady in the Burleigh timber yard, she was so helpful and thoughtful even to shortage of materials that she would seek and find other Bunnings, Legend need more like her
A terrible time with the staff here. They wouldnt let me in because I wasn't wearing a mask I am exempt from wearing a mask. I have emphysema. Apparently this is discrimination
My business partner and I came past just before close and needed some metal pipe cut. Sam in the tool shop sent us to Jay in the workshop who cut the pipe with a hacksaw for us. Really didn't think that we'd be able to get pipe cut so late. So needless to say, Sam and Jay are absolute legends. Would absolutely come back just for this epic level of service. Thanks guys!
Super helpful people, especially Sam in the kitchen design. I was doing a renovation on my laundry. He worked out everything I needed. Got everything at a great price. Very happy!
A large store with all the trappings of a regular Bunnings store. It started out as a Masters store and was converted to a Bunnings store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I found my shopping experience enjoyable. Oh and there's plenty of parking.
Bunnings is Bunnings. Just all the usual stuff, only issue was a bit of traffic congestion, but all of Robina seems like that these days. I would prefer to go to West Burleigh store.
Got some great advice from the staff re my grass in my yard. Ended up buying some new better turf, it’s been 3 weeks now and it has turned out fantastic
The Bunnings Robina team are very helpful and friendly. I found the parking to be convenient. Overall a pleasant and hassle free experience.
Thanks to Bunnings, Robina, we now have beautiful grass, turf for our two Cavoodles. And they just love it Staff there made sure we got the correct grass & on how to keep it, & it’s now been 3 weeks & looks fantastic. Thanks heaps Bunnings Robina
One of the larger Bunnings, lots more variety of products than others. Friday night is the best time to hit Bunnings. It's fully stocked ready for the weekend- but zero crowd.
This is a shout out to Diana B from Bunning's, Robina. Today, this 5 star review is because of Diana B.
Not the products in the store but her customer service. This girl should be bottled and be the cheer leader for what every other Bunning's team member should be like.
She was and is, vivacious, warm, friendly, bubbly, greeting customers as she walks through the store, checking if there is anything she can help them with. I just about feel off my Unicorn! This is what customer service looks like. Diana B, you are an asset to this store and made me feel valued and happy about my experience today!
A step above the rest of Bunnings.
Bunnings Robina has a team who are never-endingly interrupted by us customers in every department. From dealing with customer who push in to lines up to people who just look like they need help, the staff at Bunnings Robina are among the most calm and collected people that walk this earth.
Thanks for always having my back team.
Clean bright store. Bunnings is bunnings. You can go to any store and fine the exact item in the exact isle every time. Not a lot of staff interaction.
I love it!
It makes B & Q look like Arkwrights.and guess what? There's another one just down the road (and up it as well!) and that's just the same
How rude of me to wait patiently while 3 staff stood gabbing. The one that deigned to acknowledge my presence did so in a rude manner that conveyed her level of annoyance at my silent intrusion. Credit to the staff member who was actually on duty at the paint desk: she wasn't resentful and showed me where to find what I was looking for.
I'm not sure I bought what I needed, because there was nobody around to ask how to choose between the different products.
I guess you have to go to Home Hardware if you don't know exactly what you need.
Went in to purchase a new kitchen mixer. Whilst the information he gave us was correct, not impressed with the manner in which Stan delivered it! He was very curt and off-hand and he did not even attempt to sell us the mixer we enquired about. We sought further help from another representative who located the mixer for us and made the sale.
I. Love Bunnings, I hope to have my ashes spread between isles 5 to 8 they have everything you need. I just pimped my garden with some great flowers and grass topper. If you are doing up the house or yard there is nothing you can't get.
