Gotta love how they force you to pay by card and use the self serve checkouts- unless you want to wait for the one person at the information desk to process 3 refund/exchanges for 10 mins. Obviously Bunnings does not want anyone to use cash anymore!

Poor customer service. My Daughter and I were treated poorly by the old short lady at the self checkout, spoken to in a superior and condescending manner because my daughter was playing on a ride on mower. The old lady was simply rude. Then the guy at the trade desk was making inappropriate comments about my family life. Will go else where, not how I want to spend my sat morning. 25th March 10am

As a handyman I spend a lot of time at Bunnings, Robina Bunnings is very nice and clean water th friendly staff though a lot are young and inexperienced

I find that every time I go to Bunnings, the staff always look as though they are happy to be there, helping me with any questions I have, and particularly the other day, Dave in the plumbing section was so helpful in putting together the most cost effective solution for attaching a bidet to my toilet. I cannot thank him enough for all his help and those of the staff?

I’d like to give a Shout Out to the Horticulturalist JULIE we are pretty new to vegetable growing and Julie is very happy to share her great knowledge and advise us how to go about it. We deliberately go to Bunnings to see her. We’ve also experienced excellent service in other departments both by phone and in person. Happy customers

If you need help painting your house go and see Bruce in the painting department, he was amazing; helped me with equipment, paint choices and answered all questions. I hadn't really painted before and he helped take away my fears.definitely recommend:)

Bunnings Robina has great value in all hardware needs from timber all the way to your outdoor activities if you can't find anything just ask one thier friendly staff members which are always glade to help you.

Great sausages the only good thing about bunnings and its not even run by you. Worst service with unhelpful staff.

A lot easier for parking than Burleigh Waters, but it just doesn't have the amount of choice

Robina staff Donna and Kathy from plants and garden have been so helpful absolutely amazing, my garden is starting to come to life. For the past year l have been coming in on a regular basis trying to achieve the impossible and these 2 ladies and very nice and informative, you go girls

Just went in for a gift card but the young lady in toolshop was very polite and friendly and annoyed a good laugh.

The customer service from all the team members at the robina store is 5 golden stars. Going to robina bunnings is always a fun experience with friendly helpful team members (my local bunnings is Southport and I definitely couldn't say the same). Thank you Robina Bunnings!

What is on the website for this store does not reflect what is actually in store. Service (on line & especially in store) has really gone down hill since they have no competion

A typical Bunnings store, well laid out with extremely helpful staff. I went in there for a button batterie for a watch that would cost $19 at a jewelers, $2.50.

Every staff member here is incredibly helpful. They take the time to help you from start to finish and don’t care how long it takes. I have to mention Sam who helped with our kitchen design from start to finish and Riley the paint expert. If I could go above 5 stars, I would. Outstanding.

Staff in all departments are very friendly and helpful. Isles are always clean and clear. Easy layout to find exactly what you need.

Wow talk about good old fashioned customer service! Elise & her team went above and beyond. My online order was delivered within 48 hours with some lovely unexpected bonuses added in along with a personalised note. I would definitely drive that extra bit further to shop at the Robina Bunnings.

That time of year again, Christmas lights, definitely got in early grabbed what I wanted! Early is best, easy to find things that you need!
