Bunnings Pimpama

Went to get a couple keys cut, was cheap and quick. Was with the family. The kids got given a free cookie voucher from the lovely lady who was greeting at the door. Kids played at the little playground, they even have kids activities from 10am. Wonderful service all round.

Friendly Staff, not overly busy which I like. Full range of popular stock. I’m certain this Bunnings will get progressfully more busy

Walked out of the store empty handed as was unable to get service. Team member working at the paint desk not sympathetic - too busy giving a private 1 on 1 lesson to someone how to paint in the isle while the tradies wait 20 minutes to get a tin of paint at the paint counter. Couldn't find a manager to speak to. GHOST STAFF.

Staff great. Gives service with a smile. There is nothing they dont supply. Wow. Love this place.

I would like to say a big thank you to Jane in special orders & the management of the Pimpama store for all the support they gave us sorting out a problem with a faulty Corinthian door, Corinthian we’re no help to us at all in fact it took 3 mths or more of endlessly phone calls from Jane, the management & I to even acknowledge the problem even though Jane had sent photos which made the fault obvious to see.
Thank you Bunnings Pimpama, we are doing a major Reno & we always seem to be in your store, we have found every staff member helpful & polite. It’s a credit you to you all.

Who does not enjoy a niander around Bunnings? Staff here are really helpful and committed to supporting their communities.

Great Bunnings seem a young area has more to offer. Not all Bunnings have the same offer. I'll be going more often to buy what I need.

The people who work are friendly and knowledgeable where things are, but don't take the time to show you, they just tell you the isle

I did a on line order then drove over to pick it up. I parked in the pick up zone and, as directed I call the phone number displayed. Because I had driven straight over there the order was not picked. However the staff member cheerfully offered to get the items and bring the out to me immediately. She was cheerful and put the goods in my car. Great service.

Entrance is to narrow for two vehicles to pass easily I think and should be widened at the bend

Great service, despite it being incredibly busy today we received great customer service to help us find the security cameras that would suit us best. Shout out to the 2 lovely ladies at the information desk and the gentleman with great knowledge on the products.

Continually out of stock. Staff are not well trained or knowledgeable in products usage, location and options. Also the staff at Oxenford are nicer, more polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly than Pimpama! Just to add every time I go there they always seem to be out of items in the tool shop.

Brand new 1 year old Bunnings, air-conditioned for comfortable shopping of all your tooling needs. Hired a Ute for the day, very affordable and easy transaction. Friendy staff, it's Bunnings after all.

They are well organised. This makes finding what you want easy. Well trained staff who go above and beyond to locate exactly what you need. Keith

Still my favourite store however I can't understand why Bunnings is selling home security products that are still old technology, 2.4ghz. (Specifically the Brilliant Smart security camera with lights, and Orion wireless doorbell camera)
When people set up security cameras or camera door bells they have problems connectimg to WIFI because nowadays smart modems and nbn is 5ghz. We had to get a tech specialist out to activate certain settings within our modem to get the devices to work. They don't inform people about this? We are a first world country, get our tech up to first world country status. Why still selling 2.4ghz products?

The store is kept clean and tidy, as well as being well stocked. Only dropped one star as we were told a staff member would assist us with some info on BBQ’s but no one showed up (we waited 20 minutes)

Yesterday I was helped by a lovely lady in the plant section. Chloe really helped me and went above and beyond in terms of customer service and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to shop at this store again.

This site has plenty of parking available. Staff are generally able to tell you which aisle items are. Trailers can be hired if needed. Located next to GYG. Location is very easy to find.
