Bunnings Pimpama

Good friendly staff, they sorted out a problem with a fan that I purchased so I didn't have to get a refund and start all over.

I visited again today and found there is STILL NO AIR CONDITIONING, since Before Xmas. Staff were perspiring as were we. We passed Bunnings at Oxenford to use our local but if we'd known the air con was still NO Go.would have stopped in at Qxenford. Come on Bunnings, 4 weeks without air-conditioning (in this heat is rediculous.

The same as every Bunnings. I can never find what I want there though. Too many things to look at.

Bunnings, a great stop for all your outdoor projects, good garden range in stock. Good staffing too, always someone to point you in the right direction with their memories aisle knowledge

15.10.21 Midday (12: 50) Currently the staff here make this definitely the best Bunnings near Movie World/between Ormeau & Oxenford, potentially even as far South as Harbour Town/Arundel & North to Hyperdome/Shailer Park.

? 09.21 in the Early Afternoon on the Last Weekend of School Holidays. The staff are good at the moment, it's good to see some locals in there. There's a young Māori lad who's organised the small tool section & it's great. The other aisles are laid out differently to what we're used to at the Oxenford & Arundel Bunnings, those are much better in that regard.

Nice new store, set up looks like they have kept aisles clear for foot traffic. Good display position that actually flows and makes sense. Price points were clear.
Easy to use self check. I like the higher scanning posts.

If you want a Bunnings with really kind, helpful people, this is the one to go to! I've not long ago moved to the area, and boy, am I impressed. Not only the assistants in store, but I have had heaps of overs of help to load my car outside by other shoppers.
Could not recommend Pimpama Bunnings high enough! Love it there!

Don't order Chai latte at the Cafe, the ladies on the day didn't know how to make it.
But otherwise all staff are very helpful.

Easy parking, HUGE big store, friendly helpful staff. Didn't see a sausage sizzle, though it was a Wednesday, here's hoping they have them on the weekends.

The Bunnings and staff in general are good. 1 star thanks to Ronnie! Twice have had the unfortunate luck of being a customer and had to deal with this employees resentment towards helping someone.

Bunnings at Pimpama are always nice and friendly. From the Cafe to the returns they have always been friendly. I had to return something this morning and they were just great.

Great store in a growing outer Gold Coast area. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of car parking.

Super friendly staff and clean store which is in stark contrast to Bunnings Underwood at Compton Rd.

A very new store (7 months) so everything is nice and fresh and clean. The staff are very willing to please and to assist with your purchase. I do prefer to wander and try to find things myself (once I've found the right isle). Having said that there are things that you do need advice on and it's good to speak to the team member that knows more about the product than you.

I go into get keys cut pretty regularly more often then not one person is running the returns, key cutting and rentals while at some points 2-4 staff are in the vicinity doing next to nothing or talking to each other. If a customer is left waiting surely someone should come over or at least pretend to be busy. It's also 50/50 on whether keys work once cut. Located in convenient location compared with key shops.

Great store, my local now that we've moved into the area. One small problem.the trolley bays are few and far between. More are needed nearer the store entrance.

Very poor customer service waited around for 20 minutes waiting for service before I left absolute joke

Ha ask people about products do a lap of the store then ask another then finally find product in another place, better in store training of products locality needed
