We ordered a Trade delivery and the incorrect product was delivered [villaboard instead of Hardie]. The very same day the trade team delivered us the correct product and carried the 12 sheets all the way into our backyard.then carried the incorrect product back through. We were super impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. Much appreciated!

Went here to get a pair of keys cut, and when I went to use one of them later the same day, I found the key did not fit where I was going to use it and was locked out because of their incompetence, or carelessness. I will now have to go elsewhere to get the key copied again, and I will make sure it's done properly!

Great staff great location. Parking is really easy here and never an issue. But of course regardless of the parking, service, location or selection of products, what you really want to know is, How good are the sausages! Well, they are awesome. I smashed two and could have easily gone a third!

Last week I went in to get some gear and they had 3 isles closed off due to shelf adjustment
Asked the supervisor if she would help and was told go and find someone with a red shirt.
The supervisor quoted workplace health and safety, I advised I had to correct clothing and steel cap boots which no one doing the job had any of of the correct footwear or high vis clothing

Website says you have products but when you drive out to the store to buy them you find that they don't actually have the item. A waste of time having a website if the information is incorrect.

They were very helpful, checking on extra stock & retriving the pots for me from the high shelves above. Everyone was very friendly.

Christophe from the tool shop was amazing! He helped me figure out how to attach the cover to my tray properly, and also what tools I would need. He even helped me measure it out on his break!

I asked at the front of store for assistance in getting a laundry tub off a high shelf. I didn't want to damage the product or myself. I heard the request being made. Waited 15 minutes but no-one appeared. I looked around but no staff to be seen. With a bit of a struggle, I ended up getting it down. Thanks for nothing.

Thank you, Bunnings Brett! I went down to Bunnings Manly West last weekend to grab a few garden tools. I had already decided on the package of tools I wanted. The website also advised everything was also in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I could not locate the package as per the website. I Spoke to Brett who had a look at the website and then proceeded to search for all the gear for me. Brett was able to get almost everything except for 1 x Line Trimmer Kit. This was no problem, as Brett simply went to the tool shop and gathered up all the bits I needed to make my own kit. He then reduced down the price to ensure I was only paying the advertised price for everything. Brett was quick, super friendly and seemed only too happy to help. On top of all this, Brett later walked past my wife and I at the checkouts and proceeded to give my two kids a little bunnings toy each, which totally made their day! Thank you Brett, turned a mundane task into a great morning out for my whole family!

The staff seem to know what they are talking about with current & retired tradies employed. Always keen to find out if they are unsure as well.

Just participated in a fun and educational Free DYI workshop at Bunnings Manly West and would highly recommend attending one of these monthly workshop to learn something new, and be inspired to tackle a new project with confidence. There’s different project themes each month and Julianne Davies, the workshop host makes sure you have a great time. And you get to keep what you make!

Went in around 3pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of undercover car park. Lady at the front knew where was what. Was able to quickly get my item. Did have a bit of trouble finding my item. Correct aisle but item was a bit below the eye-level.

I've given up on this Bunning's store at Manly West as a cot case, twice in 2 days I've been chasing items in the Mowing, Gardening section and they have them advertised as "In Store" with the relevant aisle number and both times they're not existant and both times I've then had to drive to the Capalaba store where they are in relevant numbers. Moral of the story stuff Manly West, save time and go to Capalaba in the first place, you only waste half the amount of time, it really is a dog's breakfast

Staff were very friendly and even suggested multiple options for my needs. Overall great service

We have dealt with a lot of Bunnings Stores through our business, and we are yet to find a trade section that compares to this store. Kimbeau in trade will always go out of her way to help us locate stock in the store and order special order items. The most recent outstanding effort was to call our office (today) to advise us that she had taken the time to wrap our delivery in plastic as it has been raining all day, and the driver has a decent drive ahead of him. Wonderful customer service, not only to my company, but our company's client! Kimbeau, keep up the hard work, and we will always be a regular customer of yours!

I love shopping here there are so many options. I get inspired so many ideas running through my head whilst wandering the isles.

Another Bunnings that has very poor service, all I wanted was a piece of timber for a workbench, asked one of their “team members” in the timber section that was standing around and was told he couldn’t help and told me to find another “team member” I’m sorry but I’m not going to wander around trying to find another “team member” to be stuffed around again.
