The staff are very helpful and the place is huge, would probably have 90% of usual required items in-stock.

The staff are always friendly & very helpful. The Garden section is extremely well stocked most days!

Gigantic warehouse, with a great range of every hardware you can think of.
I was surprised by the great staff, who all were eager to hep you.
Despite the size of the shop, very kind staff were everywhere to help you.
I was helped to find a great lawn mower, and was helped by them to get it in my car.:)

Touchwood we’ve never had a bad experience at this particular bunnings store.
The staff are always really helpful and if the product you’re looking for isn’t in their store they have been more than accomodating in tracking it down.

Does bunnings even need a review?
But I will say it is very sad to see Bunnings doing away with raw materials & replacing them with pre packaged very expensive things.
This is exactly how Masters Home Improvements went broke.

Tip: to be more ethical like other nations: Look for the "Made in other Countries" label

Excellent service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Had a coffee while we waited. Delicious. Worth a short drive for a wonderful shopping experience.

Not usually sold out of items, except for timber lately

Very poor service at the timber cut shop at Manly West Bunnings. Yesterday had a 350mm length of wood cut. The guy who helped us was fantastic: gave good advice, found the right timber, carried the beam himself and cut it to the required length - no problem.

Today went back for the same timber, same length. Firstly had to wait 10 minutes for the attendant to arrive. In the meantime, had to carry the beam myself. When he eventually got there, what was supposed to be a quick job for him (timber there, length determined - just cut it through once!) turned into an ordeal. I was refused service because today the rule is that they can only cut a minimum of 400mm. This was communicated in the most abrupt and unfriendly way - very poor customer service. Instead of suggesting other options, he just shrugged his shoulders.

My suggestion to Bunnings management is to train their staff equally to be problem solvers - not problem creators.

2 mins drive from home so very very convenient for us and the staff were and always very helpful.

Delivery order 4 weeks in advance.firm delivery date.called day of delivery date. "we'll find out and call you back" nothing.chased again.they don't deliver when they say they will. Useless. Beware.

I was on the phone to Michelle from the building department and she was so so helpful! Great parking. Friendly staff and aircon!

Brett was fantastic and assisted me very well today. The younger staff need more training as the first staff member was horrible to deal with.

If you want to talk to a tool in the tool shop this is the place to go.
Extremely poor service on an aeg electric brush cutter wty claim. Had to chase them every step. Zero contact in relation to progress from either bunnings or aeg/techtronic ind. Last phone call, i was told they would call me when it was ready.
Accused my wife of lying about where we dropped it off in the store (tool shop) and then told her thats what happens when you dont check text messages! (It had been returned to the store by aeg) You have my contact details. I purchased on my powerpass. No messages no contact no customer service. You deserve zero stars and your tool shop staff really are tools. Very dissapointed, has turned me off purchasing anymore techtronics range and bunnings as a whole.

Love all Bunnings stores. This one is a 2 story building. Parking ground floor. Lifts and a travalator. All Bunnings are cloned. Staff are great. If they're out of stock, they hunt down your item at another store. Like they did for my bbc smoker/griller. Great business.
